Omg people, here is what happened: The guy VIBE CODED project, and inside this project gaussian splats are used. But it’s still vibecoded project. It’s the same thing as yall tells that “it’s not vibe coded, it’s Angular”. That’s nonsence.

If i get it right, here is a workflow: 1. User makes photos and videos of estate 2. Then using gaussian stuff all of that pics are transformed into specific models which playcanvas can use natively (or at least easily) 3. Using that model create scene where you can move camera

Where is the tour? Everyone posts videos and not one single example of these tours is provided in a post. If it can’t be navigated easily by the public it is not a finished product. It needs a floor plan to be complete.

Nothing insane or spectacular here. It's called product development with help of modern tools. What used to take years for software houses back in 2015 can now be done by experienced engineers for a fraction of that. Welcome to 2026. Great tool though. But that's just a result of the progress AI has made so far combined with cumulative experiences of that creator. It's not insane when a 10year old can video call someone in 2026. It would be insane back in the 80's. What we see here is just normal. Humans + AI = way more than working separately.
