I’d strongly urge the automobile industry to make dashcams a standard safety feature in all vehicles. Too often, we see hit-and-run cases where the culprits flee without accountability. A dashcam isn’t just a gadget it’s a necessity for our own safety, protection, and proof in such situations. Chandigarh was much better back when challans were issued manually people actually feared breaking the rules. But now, most of the reckless driving you see is by outsiders. You’ll rarely find a CH-number car in such incidents; it’s usually PB, HR, or DL plates. Just imagine how many lives can be put at risk in mere seconds because of such behaviour. No offence, but vehicles like the Verna, Creta, and Thar often end up in the same bracket when it comes to rash driving

An ode to the 7 Wood… I ignored the hype for a long time. My male ego just didn’t let me give the 7 wood a try. With my hybrid struggling, I finally took the plunge a couple months ago. I can say with no hyperbole: It’s the best club ever. This is a tough stance and have to get the ball up fast. 195 yards out. Basically zero chance for me with an iron or hybrid. Just put it in the middle of that stance and swing. Boom. Rough, bunkers, fairway…just doesn’t matter. Somehow it always seems to go in the right direction. If you have fought the urge to ditch the 4 iron or hybrid, it’s time you try it. You won’t ever go back. 7 wood for life

The Cybertruck is hands down the best Tesla I’ve ever owned. I’ve taken it on tens of thousands of miles on road trips, through cities, mountains, deserts, forests, and now another camping trip. The front is covered in bugs, it’s dusty, dirty, and looks like it just came back from an adventure… and honestly, to me, that’s when it looks its best. What I love most is how little I have to think about it. No oil changes. No engine maintenance. No transmission to worry about. I just charge it, rotate the tires when needed, wash it whenever I feel like it, and keep driving. Right now I’m sitting at a campsite, looking over at it, and I can’t help but smile. And every time I see it, I’m reminded why I bought it. It’s tough, insanely capable, and unlike anything else on the road. Whether it’s hauling gear, camping in remote places, or eating up highway miles with FSD, it just does everything I ask of it. No questions asked. People can debate the design all they want, hate on Elon, etc, but once you actually live with a Cybertruck, it’s hard to imagine going back to anything else. Zero regrets. I’d buy it all over again.

Yk what I love the most about Charlotte? We all know she has a panic disorder right? But she always fights with it and she approaches her fans, talk and touch them, even when she was having crisis from it she tried her best😭she doesn’t lie when she says she doesn’t see fans just as fans. Even in her most recent concert I didn’t get what they were discussing on stage but apparently it involved her getting close to fans and they were hesitating and she said “it’s ok because I took my medicine” we really made the right person famous🫳🏻🤍 Also the way she has all the letters from fans from day one and she read them when she’s sad or feeling down🥹 She’s always on tune with her fans too, she finds my tweets even if I don’t tag or put # on it🤣(not even the people quoting put tags) and she still finds them (Cha give us some space ok?🤣🤣) Jkkk But I love this little human so muchhh, don’t understand how can someone be through so much and still be the same person. It doesn’t matter what material you build your house from, when a fire, fueled by high winds hits, it’s not being saved. This is from a “small” recent fire in Gatlinburg area that got close to a house I owned. Took out quite a few homes. The wind just carries the sparks everywhere and often the fires start at the roof level (not the ground or side of the house). Once the roof area is hit, it’s all over. The fire will burn the house from the inside out. And it doesn’t matter if it’s a metal roof…think of all the wood components that metal roof attaches to and the eaves, soffits, etc. Just one spark can start a fire. When the wind is blowing at 60-80 mph gusts, you’re getting millions of sparks. The fires also get into the tree tops (especially of pine) and then balls of fire can also start raining down in clumps onto houses below as well. ICF, poured walls, concrete block….all irrelevant when you have a massive fire coming your way.

Maybe some coaches will chime in on this…. But this is how I’m seeing it right now. I think you’re going to see more and more two way guys coming on the scene in college baseball. Here is why. The rosters are going down to 34 man rosters. You will be needing 2-4 guys who can eat up an inning or two and be able to produce in the field and at the plate. Those numbers may be even higher than that. Years ago when a college told you- you can two way, it typically meant we are brining you in, youll have a short leash and your most likely going to be a PO. Now it’s a legit thing. Schools will need much more versatility- If you can pitch and hit AND play multiple spots on the field. Your stock will rise this year and years beyond. It’s just a matter of can you develop both and do both safely with the load on the arm. Bobcats open on the 13th at home!!! #slammarcos #baseball #twowayplayer #beisbol #pitcher

Wondering if you are “quad dominant” in your throw and if you should change it? Maybe you shouldn’t 🤷‍♂️ A coach’s post coming from Austin Roark 🚀⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ One question I get from a lot of athletes is whether they should change their lower half because their knee is over their toe during their loading phase down the mound. ⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ The biggest thing that I look for when trying to figure out if it is an issue or not is to see how they are able to get out of that position. Some guys are able to leverage and rotate from that position extremely well, which then I would say that it’s not an issue.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ On the other hand, there are some guys who will get out of this position by driving extension out of their back leg, killing their ability to rotate their pelvis and get it in an open position into landing.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ This is when I would suggest trying to make a change. I think a lot of people jump into certain ideologies that you shouldn’t do certain things because it’s “inefficient” or it looks “wrong”. ⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ Take a look at these pitchers shown in the video. All 3 of these high level arms have some degree of knee flexion over their toe. Now, granted, they all have insane levers to help them, but the way they are moving is what makes them efficient in how they throw. ⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ I think if you told Dustin May that he had to hold a vertical shin down the mound, it would be a disaster and mess a lot of things up upstream that would impact him in a negative way.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ The big takeaway here is that there are no absolutes. One thing that may look inefficient to you could be the thing that makes someone else very efficient.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ When trying to figure out if you should change something about someone's delivery, make sure to look at the entire unit as a whole and don’t jump into any quick changes.
