Back in the day, Stargate accomplished a lot on what, at the time, was a pretty modest budget. A big part of our success was thanks to our in-house visual effects team led by VFX Supervisor Mark Savela. Check out this EVA chasm jump sequence from Stargate: Atlantis's "Adrift" featuring Sheppard and Zelenka. It was shot in what we coined, appropriately enough, the VFX stage - home to the village set, some Atlantis interiors, and the hive ship.

Stuck in Roots by Lighting Artist Karim Yasser is an environment made using Unreal Engine 5.5.1 which takes us deep into the woods 🌳 The creation of this project is rooted in Quixel Megascans assets, unique meshes made with Unreal's modelling tools, Lumen and Nanite. Through these tools, Karim was able to approach the project like a canvas to create a more stylized look with higher quality lighting on.

In February, CBS released the unedited footage in the face of a firestorm about the edits made to Harris’s responses. Yujin's acceptance speech for winning the at the 5th Blue Dragon Series Award 🥳 : Hello. This is IVE's Yujin. We are currently doing Show What I Am Tour. It truly means a lot to me to be able to win OST award at the Blue Dragon Series Awards. I believe I was able to receive this award thanks to many ppl who loved drama, cherished the ost and supported, and more than anyth, DIVE who were always a great strength of me. I built this map using real NOAA VIIRS satellite data, retrieved via Google Earth Engine, and animated it in Python. i am fascinated by this kind of data visualization and what it means for the future of impact reporting.

MJ, clearly humbled and visibly shy in acceptance of the award, spent his whole speech honoring, thanking, and paying homage to the men he beat out for the award, for paving the way for him.
