If you align layers along a path in After Effects, try slicing the path instead of trimming it. Since the path really gets cut at both ends, every layer attached to it re-fits itself as the path grows, shrinks or slides. No offsets needed.

Insta-favorite. Punch in an equation, then hear it rendered in a surprisingly powerful synth engine. Plus more on how a real TI-82 or later can be a synthesizer:

I thought it would be interesting to repost this one to show how a layer can be oriented to a path in After Effects (plus a little scale constraint within a mask).

The fastest path to shreds is now live - and it's free Introducing: SolanaCDN • Open-source client with built-in acceleration layer • Redundant block delivery outperforms Turbine • CDN layer from Pipe, provided as a public good Here's how it works 🧵

Just stumbled on this fun little setup: linking three nulls to the position and size of an Ellipse shape layer in After Effects, and it can stretch a circle in multiple directions.

This is not a trim path. What I find interesting here is linking the live length of an animated slice path to the properties of a text layer in After Effects.

I've built a 6 Layer Combo System around this specific Hop Jumper animation. The 1st Layer being Carmelo Anthony's Triple Threat GoTo Shot.

✨Tip for artists and riggers✨ If you want to make a liquid in transparent container (vial, bottle), create a clipping layer (red) according to the shape of container, so you could attach a liquid to it. Lower the opacity for the clipping layer #Live2D #live2dtutorial #VTuber
