Patrick Bet-David drops a bombshell: "We think the President is the most powerful person in the world—but the real power lies with Larry Fink." BlackRock’s CEO controls $10 TRILLION in assets, dictating corporate behavior through ESG—a system so corrupt that even Elon Musk called the "S in ESG Satanic."...

Another ‘Conspiracy theory’ proven true A federal judge allows case against BlackRock for “buying up coal companies just to shut them down and force green energy initiatives, all while jacking up prices and pushing ESG policies” And it goes so much deeper “Based off this court ruling in Texas today of the State of Texas vs BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street, I am onto something. Let me break it down for you. BlackRock, Vanguard and State street just lost a major court ruling today in federal court and a federal judge in Texas agreed that they can be sued. The lawsuit says that they formed an investment cartel to control U. S Energy markets. They allegedly bought up coal companies just to shut them down and force green energy initiatives, all while jacking up prices and pushing ESG policies that nobody voted for. If you don't know what an ESG policy is, it's environmental, social and governance. Now pause, because this is exactly what I've been exposing here in Delaware. Those three major key players, BlackRock, Vanguard, State street, they own Tyler Technologies, who is behind the corrupt reassessments. There are major shareholders in Amazon and Costco, both of who received insane tax decreases while the rest of us got jacked. They indirectly own Delmarva Power through ownership in Exelon, the parent company to Del Marva Power. And our power bills and our energy bills have been skyrocketing due to ESG policies here in Delaware, due to green energy initiatives that our lawmakers passed knowing there was no possible way for us to meet them here in Delaware. We simply do not have the land to do so. They own Ryan Homes indirectly through their major ownership in NVR Homes, which is the parent company to Ryan Homes. So they've been going around, they've been buying all the residential land and the farmland and turning into properties and developments that nobody can afford. They have a major ownership in Chesapeake Utilities, you guys, over development of the land, utility monopolies and artesian water. Yep, you probably guessed it. And then you have some big name politicians who I cannot name yet until I have my receipts to back what I'm saying. But it all is full circle, guys. It's all a triangle profit scheme. We are free range humans on a tax farm. BlackRock and Vanguard are major owners in every single one of the things I just mentioned. They called it a conspiracy, but now it's a federal ruling.”

🚨 JUST IN: BlackRock CEO Larry Fink is panicking over President Trump's new plan to undermine the power of woke asset managers ⬇️ He knows the President is one stroke of a pen away from completely ripping his power base out from underneath him and he's getting desperate. His latest desperate defense is bizarrely claiming that if woke asset managers, like BlackRock, aren't allowed to vote YOUR shares, both foreigners and activists will gain outsized power. This assertion is ludicrous on its face. First and foremost, what he's saying here is that he believes that the American people are too stupid to vote their own shares. He believes the American people couldn't possibly understand the complexity of voting as well as he does, so he believes it's his job to vote for them. Second, he's saying (because, again, he believes the American people are too stupid to vote their own shares) that the President's move will give more power to people who vote...the EXACT SAME WAY BlackRock does. Larry Fink is infamously beholden to Communist China and uses his market power to push through every far-left activist agenda item under the sun. He pushes ESG, DEI, trans-indoctrination and so much more in the U.S., while quietly and obediently following the whims of Xi Jinping in China — and the left-wing activism he pushes in the US benefits China more than anyone else. So, with BlackRock voting shares, foreigners and activists already have outsized power. The truth is that the President has found the woke activist asset managers achilles heel. Larry knows it and he's doing anything he can to stop his power from being stripped from him. I hope the President proceeds, strips Larry of his power, and puts the power back into the hands of the American people. We, the American people, don't need woke petty tyrants like Larry Fink voting for us.

The depth of Elon Musk’s messianic delusions is not fully appreciated. He is a transhumanist eugenicist who thinks humans are a “biological bootloader” for AI. He believes that purging humanity of “inferior races” is crucial to his mission of creating a superintelligence. Musk tells accelerationist fraud Peter Diamandis that humanity will be like an “Iain Banks Culture sort of future.” The Culture is a science fiction series by socialist author Iain M. Banks in which humanity is a kind of pet for giant AIs that control huge spaceships. Humans can change their bodies into almost anything—switch gender, add wings, etc.—and take all the drugs they want. This is the future Musk imagines: Superintelligent AIs that allow a few elites to hang around enjoying “abundance.” The rest of us are nowhere to be found in his vision. His only response to the poors is to just throw money at us—because he says it’s worth nothing anyway. In reality, he will use his unlimited money and power to try to cull the population. He’s already started. MUSK: And I do think we’ll have universal income. We’ll basically just issue money to people and the, really, just because the output of goods and services will so far exceed the money supply. But that, that effectively you have deflation. Because just deflation is just the ratio of the output of goods and services to the money supply. So that’s, so if the rate of growth of goods and services or exceeds the rate of growth of the money supply, which I predict will happen, then you will have deflation. DIAMANDIS: Yes. And a lot of people spinning up new companies, competing against each other, driving the price down and increasing the variability and deflation. Faster and faster. MUSK: Yeah, it’s basically, yeah, AI and robots are going to make so much stuff and provide to many services that they will actually run out of things to do for the humans. They’ll just run out of things to do for the humans. And then they, well, you know, there’s only so much that humans can even express that they want. So you go back to my example of like, if you go a million times greater than the host economy, you’ve long since saturated all human desire. You know, maybe like, if you go a thousand times more than our current economy, thousand times, you probably have already saturated saturated human, anything people can think of that they want. DIAMANDIS: So do you think the value of money is going to significantly decrease? Will it, will we go post capitalist? MUSK: Yeah, I think money will stop being relevant at some point in the future. So just as you’re becoming-- It’s probably something like an Iain Banks Culture sort of future. And I think the AI down the road will really not use human currency. It will just care about power and mass, what is in tonnage? DIAMANDIS: It’s kind of ironic then, right? Just as you’re becoming a multi-trillionaire or money starts to have less value. MUSK: Yeah, pretty much. Yeah, you know, there’s all this stuff. It’s really just truly the interest represents like some percentage ownership in companies that I have, you know, built. And it’s not like sitting in the bank account. It’s just literally, I don’t know, percentage of the companies the companies are doing. Let’s say useful things, the value that company grows. I own a percentage of the companies. And that sums up to that number, which seems high.

I keep thinking about that photo from Trump’s inauguration. Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos and Sundar Pichai, four of the most powerful men in the world, standing together, just feet away from the president. In the seats usually reserved for the president’s family. It’s such a striking image. But it was also more than that. It was a statement. A visual argument about where power now lives. It’s no secret that Silicon Valley is more powerful than ever. These are the CEOs of the most profitable companies in history. And over the past two decades, they’ve used that wealth to reshape the public sphere. But this felt different. This wasn’t discreet, backdoor lobbying, or a furtive effort to curry favour with an incoming administration. These men were quite literally aligning themselves with the most powerful politician in the world – and his increasingly illiberal ideology. In some ways, it felt like the logical endpoint of the shifting of power towards Silicon Valley that’s been going on for decades. But in other ways, it felt like the start of something new. Something we don’t quite have the vocabulary for yet. My guest this week, Carole Cadwalladr , has been tracking this evolution for years. She's an investigative journalist who broke the Cambridge Analytica story – an investigation into how Facebook data may have been used to manipulate elections. That story, maybe more than any other, helped us understand the power social media has over our democracy. But I think Carole understood it as something else too: an early warning about what happens when technological power collides with authoritarian politics. Now, she’s arguing that what we’re witnessing isn’t just monopoly power, or even oligarchy in the traditional sense. She calls it techno-authoritarianism – a fusion of Trump’s authoritarian political project with the technological might of Silicon Valley. So I wanted to have her on to make the case for why she thinks Big Tech isn’t just complicit in authoritarianism – but is actively enabling it. Apple: Spotify: Youtube:

Globalist Trade Manipulation, Tariffs, and the Battle for Economic Sovereignty Trump’s Davos speech and his tariff strategy weren’t just about economic protectionism—they were a calculated response to decades of trade manipulation designed to deindustrialize the United States. The trade deficits weren’t accidental; they were strategically structured by globalist entities like the UN, the World Economic Forum (WEF), and financial elites such as George Soros and David Rockefeller to redistribute American wealth to controlled foreign economies. Trade Deficits as a Tool of Control The U.S. has been running trade deficits since the 1970s, but the situation worsened with the acceleration of globalization in the 1990s and 2000s. Policies like NAFTA (1994), China’s WTO entry (2001), and the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP, proposed under Obama) facilitated the outsourcing of American jobs, particularly to China and Mexico. The logic was simple: *⃣ Allow corporations to relocate manufacturing to countries with cheaper labor *⃣ Impose subsidies, tariffs, and currency manipulation to disadvantage U.S. industry *⃣ Ensure that America remains dependent on foreign supply chains China’s meteoric rise from a third-world country in the 1980s to the world’s second-largest economy was not organic—it was fueled by: ✅Massive Western investment from globalists ✅Forced technology transfers from U.S. and European corporations ✅A trade imbalance where the U.S. bought far more from China than it sold The U.S. trade deficit with China was $366 billion in 2015 and $418 billion by 2018. This wasn’t free market capitalism‼️It was deliberate economic sabotage. Trump’s Tariffs: Reversing the Damage Trump’s tariffs weren’t an overreach—they were designed to match the unfair trade policies of other countries. When Trump imposed 25% tariffs on steel and 10% on aluminum (March 2018) and later expanded them to other industries, he was simply leveling the playing field. Globalists’ Endgame: Weakening the U.S. for Control George Soros has been openly vocal about his disdain for democratic control over U.S. power. In multiple speeches, he has implied that global decision-making should not be left to American voters but to elite-controlled institutions. This mindset is the core of the globalist strategy—strip national sovereignty and place decision-making into centralized bodies like the UN, WEF, and IMF. The Paris Climate Agreement (2015) was another example of this. It wasn’t an environmental initiative—it was a wealth redistribution scheme where: ❌The U.S. would fund climate projects for developing nations ($3 billion+ pledged by Obama). ❌China was given a free pass until 2030, meaning it could continue increasing emissions while the U.S. was penalized. ❌The agreement forced costly regulations on U.S. businesses, while competitors like India and China faced no such constraints. This is why Trump withdrew from the Paris Agreement in 2017, stating: "The agreement disadvantages the United States to the exclusive benefit of other countries." Stakeholder Capitalism & ESG: The Financial Leash of the Oligarchs The globalists couldn’t fully control industry through trade alone, so they introduced ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) scoring—a financial system that dictates corporate behavior based on political compliance. 🤬BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street control over $20 trillion in assets and use ESG to force companies into compliance. 🤬Banks now assess ESG scores when approving loans—if a company doesn’t align with climate policies or DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) mandates, they get financially starved. 🤬European Central Banks are implementing a CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) instead of stablecoins—this allows them to program how people can spend money, controlling access to essential services. This is not capitalism—it’s communist economic dictatorship. Mass Migration: The Trojan Horse for Control David Rockefeller openly praised China’s authoritarian model and suggested that it should be adapted for Western nations. However, they also recognized the utility of Sharia law—why? Because in a system where: ❌A government enforces strict financial control (CBDCs, ESG scoring) ❌A religious legal framework dictates behavior (Sharia compliance) You create an unbreakable system of control. This is why globalists push: ❌Mass migration from Islamic countries into the West (destabilizing Western legal structures). ❌Hate speech laws that prevent criticism of this system (already seen in Europe). ❌Social credit-like restrictions in banking and social services (PayPal already fines users for ‘misinformation’). This is why Europe’s mass immigration policies have led to skyrocketing crime and social unrest, yet leaders refuse to adjust course—they want destabilization because it justifies more government overreach. Russia: The Last Obstacle to Full Global Control Globalists need Russia to fall. The Ukraine war is a proxy war, designed to weaken Russia’s economy and force regime change. Why? ✅Russia controls some of the world’s largest natural resources—energy, minerals, and agriculture. ✅They refuse to join the globalist ESG-CBDC framework. ✅They oppose NATO expansion, which is being used to pressure Russia into compliance. Putin may not be a saint, but Russia’s resistance to globalism is one of the last barriers preventing full economic control. The U.S. is the Keystone to Globalist Control The entire globalist framework hinges on the U.S. playing along. If the U.S. stops subsidizing the world, stops outsourcing its manufacturing, and stops playing into their economic schemes, the entire system collapses. This is why Trump and Musk are their biggest threats—they are disrupting the planned trajectory. The globalists are racing to implement control mechanisms (CBDCs, ESG, AI-driven censorship) before the U.S. completely breaks free. What we’re witnessing is the final phase of an economic and political war for control. The question isn’t whether globalists are consolidating power—that’s already happening. The question is: Will enough people recognize it and resist before their system is fully in place? If Trump and others succeed in dismantling this system, America and a few other places may remain free, but if they fail, the globalist agenda will solidify—and the ability to resist may vanish entirely.
