Your analysis was dead on; I’ll also add that even experienced psychiatrists l—although they can estimate unaliving risk—they are notoriously poor at predicting an individual’s future actions. Bad outcomes in healthcare—including mental healthcare—do not necessarily suggest someone did something wrong. The mind is complex; bad things happen. Humans,physicians, spouses are not gods.
