Brock Bowers - huge update If you watched the play, you can see the defender hit his right knee, and the inside of his right knee buckled a little bit. What was lost in translation was that his left knee landed hard on the turf in a flexed position. Up until today, we knew that he was dealing with a knee injury, but no specifics. Now we have video of him practicing with a brace on his left knee. So essentially his right knee got lucky, but his left knee was actually the problem. He’s likely dealing with a grade one, mild, PCL sprain of the left knee. As a result, he is low risk for significant injury, and will play on Monday night and should not have any restrictions or dips in performance. For comparison, last year, Puka Nacua had a grade 2 moderate PCL spray. If Bowers were to land on this knee again in a flex position, there’s a possibility that happens. I’m excited to see Bowers’s play in a potential shootout against the Chargers on Monday night.

General McCasland After hearing this 911 call, we hear the motive for him wanting to take his life. Men over 60 have a high suicide rate. He took a gun, the investigation revealed. He left his phone, glasses, and GPS watch, the investigation also revealed. He didn't want to be found, and knew he would not need his glasses. I will continue to track this case, but no UFO related boogeyman came and snatched him. "He said if his brain and body kept deteriorating, he didn't want to live like that." I hope he is found soon to lay to rest the wild conspiracy speculation surrounding this case. In prayer for those who love him and are hoping for answers. #McCasland #missing

We had some technical issues, and some silliness (not unexpected) but overall I feel it was a good chat with Piers Morgan - who’s been in the news this week for alleged hacking, while I’ve been in it for alleged funding :) ... OK, in my case it’s defo true.. Avocados and Almonds, was the classic anti vegan hyper focus. Piers seemed unaware that these things grow in Spain - asked me how I knew that….. My fave part (if they keep it - it was a pre-record) was when he said "this is my interview Mr Vince, I’ll ask the questions" and I replied "this is our interview Piers, ours.." He avoided my baby cow question for an eternity, before kinda saying he was OK with the murder of baby cows so he could drink their mothers milk….. Will be interesting to see what parts of this fairly epic interview they use. I’m hoping for an honest edit.

I recently commented on a clip of Charlamagne Tha God saying he doesn't condone the recent Trump assassination attempt, BUT he understands why "some folks are fed up and willing to risk it all." Well, he saw my comments and doubled down while insisting that he didn't "justify" anything. But that's missing the point. Saying “I’m not for political violence, BUT...” is exactly how people rationalize actions like the WHCD shooter took. When an American citizen decides that voting, speaking, suing, or waiting for the next election is no longer enough and that only a bullet will do, the blame is THEIRS alone. Empathizing and saying "BUT they had a legitimate reason to be mad" only teaches young Americans to justify the violence. It tells them that principles come with an asterisk and that the line between thought and murder is negotiable. Political violence is NEVER legitimate or understandable. No buts.
