Mia Malkova opens up about body pressure in the industry and was also asked about male actors taking TESTOSTERONE, says she struggled with an eating disorder and still battles insecurities about her weight and stomach Host: Do you think a lot of the actors are taking testosterone? Mia Malkova: "I don't know, to be honest. I don't think so. They could be. Yeah. I know, I know everyone takes Viagra and Cialis, like that's pretty much all of them. Super common. But like to maintain..." Co-host: ...their bodies. Do you think a lot of the men feel pressured to do that as well? Like, I'm sure women do. Mia Malkova: "Sometimes. I, I would say men. Not all performers have nice bodies, but like, yeah, definitely women do feel, feel the need, but yeah, just men in general, I, I think it's just men in general, not just performers, who feel the need to like keep up with themselves. That's super common. Yeah, guys on testosterone is pretty normal." Co-host: And how did you, how did that affect you in the industry, like feeling like you had to keep up with all the other women? Mia Malkova: "yeah. I- I, I would get very insecure, 'cause like, I've, I've always been curvy, so like my weight fluctuates, and, you know, you read comments online, and, you know, I definitely early on, I had an eating disorder, and I was able to kind of get past that, but I've always had like insecurities about my body." Co-host: Absolutely. I think everybody does. Just about what? Just about the way you look or? Mia Malkova: "Yeah, the way I look. I would say like just my weight. I was always very I was always very insecure about my stomach, 'cause I've always been like a little more plushy and, I didn't really start working like full-on working out with a trainer until a couple of years ago. But yeah. Do you like working out? I love working out. It's fucking amazing. It makes me feel really good. It's the best thing in the world. Yeah, yeah, I love working out now. And now I'm strong, so I can like work out hardcore. But I've had surgeries because of insecurity."

Speedy: “Do you think the Knicks would’ve won the chip if you were playing?” Tyrese Haliburton: (Long pause. Shrugs, shakes head) I don't know bro. I mean, do I think if I was healthy & we played them, would we win? Of course. I'm an NBA player. I'm a competitor. Anybody else in my situation would say the same thing. But what they did in the playoffs was special. I don't want to demean or put down what that was, cause that was crazy. The whole run from the Hawks series on was unbelievable. And it was mixed feelings, you know, because the Knicks are they our rival? Yes. But are those guys—like I like those guys and like they're friends? Yeah. At the same time, you know. “Like I usually watch a Finals celebration—like I have before in my life—I always got to watch cause that's a special thing and an emotional thing to watch guys win a championship and then celebrate with their families. I'm always like, ‘man, that's fire.’ But when the Knicks won I thought to myself, ‘I got to turn this sht off.’ Like I can't—I can't watch it. But, you know, I told myself because I was at—I was with wife & some friends and they were like ‘You want us to turn it off?’ And I was like ‘you know what? Leave it on. Like, let me watch it.’ And to see like Jalen celebrate with Ali, his wife, who—me & my wife are friends with them, and Ali & Jalen, really close. To see that, I was like, that's awesome to see. You know what I mean? Like, I was happy for him. To see Josh up there with his twins. That was cool to see. To see Karl up there with Jordyn. That was awesome to see cause these are all guys that I like. You know what I'm saying? So, it's a weird feeling cause are they our rivals? Yes. And people are going to hear this, this clip's going to go and they're going to be like ‘Man, the NBA's so soft. It's not what it used to be,’ yada yada. Sure. But like when I see them, when they see me on the court, it's smoke. They don't want—they—we hate each other when we're playing, but like after that, it's love. So it was interesting. It was like a weird feeling. I feel like I felt every emotion. I was angry. But I was also happy. I was sad that like I didn't get the opportunity to compete in that. I felt every emotion in that. So, it was like a weird—a weird thing—but happy for those guys, and I look forward to being back”

Rich Roll on why waiting to "feel like it" is a trap: "You can't think your way into the mood that you seek or the state of mind that you aspire to inhabit. Action is the only thing that can trigger that change." Rich uses running as the perfect illustration of this principle. Imagine you wake up in the morning and you're supposed to do a run because you're training for a race. You don't feel like it. So what do most of us do? "We all resort to that state where we think, 'Well, I don't want to do it right now. I'll just wait until I feel like doing it and then I'll do it then.'" But here's the problem with that logic: "If you're waiting until you feel like doing something, chances are you're probably never going to get to it." The mood you're hoping will arrive on its own? It's not coming. Not without action first. "To take the action despite how you feel about it is the thing that catalyzes the state change." You don't run because you feel motivated. You feel motivated because you ran. He points to what every runner knows from experience: "When they finish the run, they're always glad that they did it. They don't generally regret it. And then they feel better." Notice the sequence. The good feeling comes after the action, not before it. The state change is the reward for showing up, not the prerequisite. And this isn't just about running. As Rich puts it: "That example is applicable to all areas of life." The workout you're avoiding. The conversation you're delaying. The project you're putting off until you're "in the right headspace." You're waiting for a feeling that only exists on the other side of doing the thing.

#poon_mit12 🐶: I just want to bring up one point. Actually, I don't know if anyone will be upset with me or feel bad, but I'd like to address one thing, everyone. It's been stuck in my heart for several days now. I was on X and I wasn't very comfortable the other day when I opened it up and saw our fanclub fighting. Honestly, the comments from all sides were deleted, but I read them all. I feel like everyone has their own reasons; I understand why this person would think this way or why that person would think that way. But what I want to say is in the end, I'm not stressed, but I just feel like we are on the same side! We are in the same team, please don't worry. And when you guys fight, I'm begging you, let's just be happy together instead, because we're already on the same team. I wanted to tell everyone that seeing you guys fight amongst yourselves makes me uneasy. We're people on the same side, yet.. and actually, I find it kind of funny. I feel like fans fighting is just like a couple fighting. It's like, 'Why didn't you do that?' or 'Why didn't I do this?' and things like that. I feel that some people might feel bad, and I apologise if this is a sensitive issue. But I feel it's actually something quite cute, because in the end, everyone just wants to push and support (us). Everyone wants to push us forward, and I believe that all four of the main actors are giving it their all already. So I really want all the fanclub members to love each other, please. We are on the same team, and I love you all.
