An environmentally conscious company?! Maybe you should stop deliberately sabotaging your older products, then...I will never buy another Logitech product. During COVID I bought a Logitech keyboard and mouse for use with a PC and a Mac. This was great, with it's predefined commands specific to Photoshop, AutoCAD, etc. After the update to Options Plus, this completely stopped working. A roll back to original Options didn't work. A roll back to older PShop didn't work. Continual reminders to install Options Plus as it "supported" my MX Anywhere 2S. I have been strung along for months by "customer service" making me jump through hoops, insisting it should still work fine and, I hope, pretending to be clueless. Firmware updates were sent, special editions of the software were provided. Numerous screenshots, operating system, software version information were requested of me, time and time again. Today, I received an email apologizing for the inconvenience and staying that unfortunately customisation options do not exist for my mouse. Well, they did. I now have a perfectly good, very expensive, mouse which is now just like any other cheap mouse.  Disruption to my workflow for months. I should also say that after the update, the mouse is now lagging and stuttering on my Mac, making the Flow function also useless. Terrible product support.
