An employee that is picking up trash shouldn’t be waiting on customers. He was doing his job correctly and probably tried to explain that to her. She didn’t bother to listen. A**hole.

My my mother was a paripro for high school students, and they often found jobs for students at the grocery store, the McDonald’s, and other little small businesses and a community was always very good for these people. But this lady is an absolute ass.

Yea and she was arrested in May of this year for a domestic battery. Some say on her mom, while others are saying it was in a minor. Either way she is a POS, and a stain on our great state of Arkansas

God I ask you to please put me in these situations so that I can defend innocent people being attacked for nothing. Why is this person just recording? Zero chance I have my phone out instead of putting this psychopath in her place.

Whats wrong with they way she acted? She can’t pay at the kiosk because she’s paying with cash. It requires the cashier to place the order.The worker said too bad I’m busy with trash for 30 minutes so basically you’re SOL. She had every right to be mad. He didn’t do his job.

We have disabled individuals working at one near us, they typically don’t take your order or work a register - they clean, do trash, and will hand you your food after someone else assembles the bag. She’s very self-important and she was the rude one.

I worked w disabled people for years. Unfortunately, some people are intentionally cruel to disabled people for no reason. I suppose they think they are better and somehow entitled to belittle them. Yes, people do suck.

The manager should have given her money back & kicked her out after she berated the employee like this. Any problem should have been addressed to him or corporate, not the employee.

I hope they cleaned the floor with her food first.

🤷🏼‍♂️ I’ll give both a benefit of the doubt & say both acted poorly. He should have some sort of visual identifier to let thick people like her know they are disabled & people like her need to have more grace when dealing with individuals.

I spent some time up in Canada. Went into Tim Hortons one night. There was a woman yelling at the staff for not allowing her to leave the building while using Their cordless phone. The staff remained calm and courteous. The woman kept yelling, and no one stepped in to help. It's becoming more frustrating lately to me to watch all these incidents now with rude people, and no one says anything. No one did anything to defend this young man. Good on him for not allowing her crap to affect him. No more tolerance of this crap.

No, she wouldn’t be getting her food. If I was a manager I’ll tell her get the fuck out of here or the cops will be here and remove you.

The young man was doing the task that he was told to do. He was trying to avoid confrontation. Some people need to get a grip.
