They were just assaulted. ….why was the door STILL unlocked?

Don’t know about Arizona, but what he did is felony carjacking in California. I knew someone who spent time behind bars for a road rage incident where he opened the other person’s car door.

Honestly, this looks like either Tempe or the border of Phoenix/ Tempe area cause they are near the light rail. Definitely not downtown Phoenix area. But man, I wish I knew who this guy was. I really hope the couple heal from this ordeal.
