This person is not mentally well. There’s no way you can be extremely obese and still continuously overeating. I know for a fact that this person has a hard time walking, has joint pain, and often experiences shortness of breath. People need to start advocating for these individuals to get healthy so they can receive real help, instead of advocating for this insanity.
