There's no way these people are actually fully eating everything they show. Obviously they're eating enough to get the size they are but if they actually finished everything, these people would become so obese, they'd be bedbound. Most times, we don't actually see them swallow. A part of me hopes they take a bite, chew a few times, then spit it out and just edit out that part. Another part of me is outraged at the waste of food. These videos remind me of the moral decay of the Roman Empire right before it fell.
