There is a popular movement where people are forsaking free weight movements for machines, and I am down with that, but there is something about grabbing the equivalent of a normal sized human in each hand and repping it on bench that makes it worth doing. I am gassed after this top set as much as I am after legs! Machines are great, but the primal nature of these makes them a staple.
