🗣️: Is there anything you worry about with Tul? Mew : Mainly about his sleep. He stays up very late, but also wakes up quite late, so he still gets his full eight hours of sleep 😄 It balances out. It really depends on how each person manages their time. 🗣️: What does he usually do that makes him stay up late? Mew : Just scrolling on his phone, like most people. Right now, the only thing I’m a bit concerned about is that he’s starting to get into running. It seems like a lot of people are getting into it, so he wants to try it too. But running is usually in the morning, and since he stays up late, I’m just worried he might not get enough rest. 🗣️: Is he already running every day? Mew : Not yet, he’s just thinking about starting 😂 That’s why I’m a bit worried. If he sleeps at 2 a.m. and has to wake up at 6 a.m. to run, he won’t be getting enough sleep. 🗣️: Do you ever tell him off like, stop using your phone if you want to run? Mew : Not really. I just let him be. It’s up to him. If anything comes up, I’ll deal with it later. But if he really wants to run in the morning, I might have to sleep earlier too. Nothing wrong with dicks in colons, but I see it as an all-year-round thing, not just for June. Also I'm trying to cook dinner from overpriced veg in a cardboard box so I don't want to think about men's hairy bums and what's inside them. I look at how this marketing actually makes sense (not just because lesbians like to eat out of boxes) and how big corporations (HelloFresh turned over 7.7 billion euros last year) found this nifty trick to sell their stuff to leftists.

🌞 As for PerthSanta? Well.. Tata, actually, there’s never really been any issue with him. Tata is already a good kid, but he has one condition: he gets hot very easily. Santa really doesn’t handle heat well. Even if he’s exposed to just a little heat, he starts sweating. And it’s not just a little bit of sweat either he sweats like someone poured water over his head and it just comes pouring down 😭 🌞 : He really doesn’t do well with heat at all, so he always carries a little portable fan with him. Like, a tiny little fan that he keeps using all the time. So whenever we’re in a scene together, I have to keep an eye on him too, like, ‘Tata, are you hot? Are you getting hot yet?’ Things like that. 🌞 : As for Perth, that’s a whole different story. Since we play brothers, personality-wise, we’re actually both pretty mischievous but Perth plays someone who has to keep his emotions in check. He has to be serious and restrained, so he’s always like, ‘Hey, don’t tease me like that' but deep down, Perth actually really, really wants to tease people 😭 🌞 : So I kind of know what he’s like. He’s playing Yotha, who is quite a dark and serious character, and I worry that Perth might get too stressed from having to stay in that character all the time. So I like teasing him. And that’s why he always gets all flustered and uncomfortable. Local Muslim clerics explicitly told their followers it was a "mandatory responsibility" for Muslims to elect Abdul El-Sayed because he'll advance "the Muslim issues in this country." Ok so Highguard Episode 2 removed a super dope Movement tech that i feel was actually very good for the game. Mantle-Glide. Originally discovered by injy. There was a momentum carry system in place that "remembered" your speed before a mantle and carried it after the mantle ended. This worked from low to high speeds. Redmane for example could fly out of a mantle with his gun out. What i'm most disappointed by is that this also affects fairly low velocity Mantle-glides. You could skipjump into a Mantle, and with good timing could skipjump out of the Mantle-Glide carrying over a bit of the first skip-jump making the one after the mantle stronger. This opened up sooooo many parkour routes. And was exactly the type of nuanced micro movement tech i was missing from the game. I was just starting to explore the Maps with it and would have covered it in my Movement Guide. I would have argued that it should totally stay even if it was unintentional. I get that they might have wanted to clamp down on some of the Warden combinations. But that the low speed version also got axed just sucks :(

When I launched Attention Copilot, I mostly thought of it as a way to help people get unstuck in one session: Bring a task that feels ugh, reconnect with why it matters, and do it while a coach tracks your attention and inner state. When resistance shows up, we work with it in the moment instead of just talking about it or white-knuckling through it. That still feels core! But after watching people work with us over weeks and months, one pattern stands out: important work is where this stuff shows up. The work that matters asks for more clarity, courage, patience, or focus than your default habits make easy. So when you practice working with resistance while actually doing it, your relationship to work starts to change. For some people, especially at high-growth startups, this looks very practical. Everything wants your attention, and sessions protect time to get clear on what matters, do deep work, and move it forward. For others, AC feels like finally bringing meditation and inner work into the work itself, right when the reactive patterns show up. Either way, the training rep is the same: stay with what matters, work with what comes up, move the thing forward, and get better at doing that outside the session too. A few of the people we’ve worked with for a while put it better than I can!
