Optimization of a ubiquitous engine like UE is a slog. Purpose built engines are the standard and should be invested in as such.

Tbf, I've seen plenty of good UE5 games without stuttering, it's also a dev issue as much as its an engine issue.

Samson PC Performance test on RX 9070 XT, Ryzen 7 9800X3D with 32GB of RAM. I've set the settings everything on Ultra running at output resolution of 4K with FSR is set to quality and frame-gen is turned off. There are frametime issues and performance dips that I've honestly expected as this is an Unreal Engine 5 game, the AA implementation is also not that good either as the game looks a little bit blurry
