The Women's Reservation Bill is actually a Purush Bachao Yojna through which Parliament will be converted into a Family Club! If the government is serious about Women Reservation, give the Women 33% Reservation from the exsisting 543 MPs, why Delimitation! Even the 50% increase in seats for all states is a serious disadvantage to Southern States. Let me explain : Parliament runs on absolute numbers not percentage, so a 50% increase in seats for UP is 80+40 = 120 A 50% increase for Tamil Nadu is 39+20= 59! Today the difference in MPs between UP & TN is 80-39= 41, after Delimitation it will become 120-59= 61!

M.K.Stalin, unanimously resolved that any Delimitation exercise must be transparent, inclusive, and involve all stakeholders. As the objective of population stabilization, the intent behind the 42nd, 84th, and 87th Constitutional Amendments, has not yet been achieved, the freeze on parliamentary constituencies based on the 1971 Census must be extended for another 25 years through necessary amendments. States that have successfully implemented population control should not be penalized. A Co-Committee of MPs will coordinate parliamentary strategies and submit a joint representation to the Hon’ble PM. Resolutions in state assemblies and public mobilization efforts will be initiated. United for Fair Delimitation! #FairDelimitation

Increase SC ST and 33% women seats Today south has 130seats of 540seats which is 24%. I demand to increase it by 33% if they want to do delimitation at any cost. If it is done on population basis, South India will lose voice and make us secondary citizens. Even prorata basis will not help A resolution will be passed in Telangana assembly against delimitation. A meeting of South Indian states will be conducted along with a public meeting
