Was watching the combine and everyone was repping 225 like it’s nothing… so I had to see for myself. Let’s just say it got heavy a LOT faster than I remember 😂 might need to hit the weight room a little harder. Form was still good though. 💪

#SEONGHWA about keeping his hair short 🥲 ⭐: I.. uh, I don’t have any plans for that (growing his hair) for the time being. For now I like my hair short. And since I’ve figured out how to take care of it/style it myself, I think short hair will be good (to keep) for a while. Yes, I want to keep it for quite a long time. But I do think there’s definitely a certain vibe that long hair gives. And back then, when I was preparing for the runway, the image I had in mind was so clear that I held out (with long hair) for a long time because of that (vision)

I'm grateful to everyone who checked in, reached out and kept me in their thoughts while I was away, it means more than you know. The good news is that I'm back, refreshed and excited for everything I have planned. There's a lot to share, a lot to teach and a lot to look forward to.
