Her answer: No. Only the Privy Council does. So all the Liberal talk about needing BC’s permission is political theatre. Alberta’s energy belongs to Canadians, not to another Premier and not to Ottawa’s bureaucrats. Common sense: if it’s in the national interest, build it.
