BREAKING: RI Attorney General Peter Neronha (D) says assistant AG Devon Flanagan will be SUSPENDED after she was arrested for trespassing while drunk: "She’s put me in a bad position. She’s embarrassed herself... in the end, there will be a suspension without pay here.... So she’s not going to continue, you know, to go on as if nothing happened in terms of salary and that kind of thing. So it’ll be a strong sanction here." Good start, but she needs to be suspended permanently. Her sense of entitlement and believing she’s above the law while acting as an agent of the law is completely unacceptable.

After months of refusing to protect the 2A, AG Bondi has finally resigned & gun owners aren't sad to see her go. Her DOJ defended unconstitutional laws, ignored GOA's help, & slow-walked deregulation. GOA is now hopeful Trump will appoint an AG who fights for gun owners.

A mum of three, who’s a law student cries out after her lecturer denied her of entry for being 10 minutes late to class. She revealed that she always have to wake by 5am, take care of the three kids and leave her house which is 1hr 30m to her school. Is it fair for her lecturer to treat her that way?🚶‍♂️

Newly released bodycam footage shows Rhode Island Special Assistant Attorney General Devon Hogan Flanagan hauled off in handcuffs after refusing to leave the Clarke Cooke House — shouting “I’m an AG!” over and over. Police were called to Bannister’s Wharf just before 10 p.m. on Aug. 14 for “an unwanted party.” Staff told officers they wanted the women removed. “Anything we can do. Trespass, yes. I just need them out. Please,” one employee begged. But Flanagan, who has worked in the AG’s office since 2018, dug in. The video shows her demanding officers shut off their cameras — “Protocol is that you turn it off. It’s a citizen request that you turn it off” — and firing back, “We’re not trespassing. You haven’t notified us that we’re trespassing.” Cops warned her: “You’re trespassed and we got to leave now, unless you want to be in handcuffs.” Flanagan shot back, “You’re not going to arrest us.” Moments later, she was cuffed, shouting “I’m an AG!” nearly a dozen times before snarling, “You’re going to regret this” as she was shoved into the back of a cruiser. Then it was her friend’s turn. Veronica Hannan went wild — yelling “Get your [expletive] hands off me,” slipping out of her handcuffs once, and kicking at the police car door while screaming as officers dragged her inside. Flanagan was charged with willful trespass and given a court summons. Hannan faces trespass, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest after her meltdown in front of stunned diners. The Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office said the incident is now under review. Great job by the Newport police!

A police officer was placed on leave for using the Maximal restraint technique on a 15 year old girl in Ohio during a Juneteenth celebration. She flipped out on cops after they arrested her younger brother for disturbing the peace. Entire levels of Government exist to prevent anyone from punishing kids who have zero parenting at home. The Mom that let her kids run wild at this event should be in jail.

DO YOU THROW A MOTHER AND HER BABY OUT ONTO THE STREET? The mother was officially discharged but refused to leave the hospital until she could speak to a supervisor. Instead of waiting, the hospital called the police to issue her a criminal trespass. The cops literally tell her to "push your baby outside," but she refuses to budge. The whole thing escalates into absolute chaos, with the cops grabbing her to make an arrest while she screams at them not to touch her baby. Is the hospital completely out of line for forcing a mother and child onto the street, or did she bring this on herself by refusing to just leave?

Knowing all too well how HaeIn always goes out of his way to meet his fans’ requests, I feel even prouder seeing him say no to the right things. I never understood the fun of dressing him up like a doll anyway. Big round of applause for standing your ground! 👏👏👏 #JungHaeIn
