A young student wearing a niqab told Hanson that she supported polygamy in Muslim countries and only opposed the practise because it is against the law in Australia. Hanson: Do you believe that men should have a number of wives? Student: If in Australia it is not allowed then I believe that they should follow the Australian law because they choose to live in this country. They should abide by the law. However, if they were in a country where it is allowed to have multiple wives and they're OK with it, then I don't see why there's a problem. Hanson: Do you believe in sharia law? Student: Yes. This morning, we conducted our first experiment in Abor Village, Enugu State. Every child in this hall is from the village. We gathered them together and delivered a world-class Mathematics lesson designed to build the strong foundations they need to compete confidently with students from the best private schools in the 2027 South East Maths & Science Olympiad. The most remarkable part? After the lesson, many of the children said they never knew Mathematics could be this easy. Several of them told us it was the best lesson they had ever attended. That alone says a lot about the learning gap we need to close. This is about more than preparing for an Olympiad. It is about eliminating the learning inequality between children born into privilege and those born into underserved communities. On Monday, we’ll run the next experiment in Imo State. If the results are equally promising, we’ll begin developing a model that can be replicated across villages throughout the South East. I’m beginning to believe that we don’t have an intelligence problem, we have an access problem. When children are exposed to world-class teaching, regardless of where they live, they rise to the occasion. If this model works at scale, it could fundamentally change how we democratize learning in Africa. We appreciate TN Onodingene Abor ICT Center, for making their facilities free for every child.

On the 26th of May, an 8-year-old girl was raped. Her body had 20 knife marks. Her neck was cut, and she was mutilated and left in the brick factory to die. Her family found her and took her to a hospital in Muzaffarpur. Yesterday, when her condition deteriorated, they got her to Patna and wanted to admit her into AIIMS. I'm a doctor myself, and I know that when a case like that comes, they immediately take it. You don't say that you don't have a specialist available—never. But what did they do? They refused to take the child because she was a Dalit. If she were a VIP's daughter or a high-caste child, she would have been admitted—shame on the doctors in AIIMS Patna. After that, they took her to the Patna Medical College. Even there, they were not admitting her. Just imagine a child who's bleeding and whose condition is deteriorating, yet she is not admitted. Our PCC President of Bihar, Rajesh Kumar ji, was called, and he rushed there. He fought with the hospital authorities. Still, they were not admitting her. Imagine if a PCC President of a state cannot get a child admitted, what hope do common people have? This discussion went on for 5 hours while the little girl was lying in the ambulance. What does it say about the governance in the BJP-JDU's Bihar government? Finally, she was admitted. We would want her to be flown to AIIMS Delhi to save her. These are the atrocities done to Dalits and women in Bihar. I VEHEMENTLY disagree with Paul Finebaum’s criticism of Coach Deion Sanders, Sheduer Sanders and Colorado. He called them irrelevant and that they don’t matter to College Football. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Colorado is very relevant and broke TV viewership records last year even after their 3-0 start that saw them finish the year 4-8. They out drew some of the biggest brands in all of College Football last year. Their blowout loss to Oregon had 10.03 million viewers, which topped the Notre Dame-Ohio State game. Shedeur Sanders stated that Colorado is everyone’s Super Bowl game when they play them. HE IS CORRECT, if you take the time to understand what he meant. Every team that played Colorado last year played their hardest against them because they knew everyone was watching and it was their opportunity to shine in front of the masses. It wasn’t JUST ABOUT winning, they wanted to humiliate them and kill their confidence. It pains many that Coach Prime, his sons, Travis Hunter, his coaches and all his players are still walking in their purpose and have never wavered for a second. They know the mission they are on and won’t back down in the face of adversity. Colorado wasn’t an “Easy win” last year for anyone except Oregon and Washington State. 5 of their 8 losses were by one score or less. Colorado making the College Football Playoff AT SOME POINT in Deion Sanders’ tenure would be a great thing for College Football. Not just for the increased viewership, but because taking a program that last won a Conference Championship when Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter weren’t even born yet would be an incredible accomplishment and rebuild. Colorado doesn’t have to go to the College Football Playoff this year and will still be relevant. Teams will be jumping out of their skin to get after them a little extra because they think they are too confident. Coaches will up the passion because they believe they deserve the attention and eyeballs that Coach Prime and Colorado demand. Like Coach Prime said, he is analyzed different and his wins are measured differently. One thing is for sure though. Coach Prime is building something at Colorado and as an analyst, I don’t think we should be trying kick him and his team down because they are confident and believe in themselves. She was unconscious. Her parents were sitting beside her on the floor. Staff had closed the upper level of the store where the incident occurred. And people still tried to get in. Not to buy medicine. Not to get food. Not to deal with an emergency of their own. The upper level of this store sells stationery, envelopes, picture frames and similar retail items. The ground-floor bookshop remained open. This was not a question of essentials. This was not necessity. This was consumer selfishness stripped naked. The girl was only feet from the entrance. She was plainly visible. Yet people argued with staff that they should still be allowed in, as though a collapsed child on the floor was merely an obstruction between them and stationery. According to the manager, people did not ask how the girl was. They did not ask whether she was alive, conscious, breathing, safe, or being helped. They wanted what they had come to buy. That is not merely disappointing. It is obscene. I am deliberately not showing the girl, her face, her parents, or any identifying image of her in the attached video. I do not know whether the issue lies with dispatch, capacity, triage, staffing, ambulance availability, or some other breakdown in the system. But I know what I saw. A 13-year-old girl collapsed on a shop floor. Her parents sat beside her. Staff tried to protect the scene. Members of the public argued to get past her. And nearly an hour and forty minutes after a 999 call, the emergency response still had not visibly arrived. This is Ireland in 2026. A child can collapse in one of Dublin’s largest shopping centres, minutes from a major hospital, and the system can leave her on the floor long enough for strangers to become irritated that they cannot buy envelopes. It is now approaching two hours and still no emergency medical response. This is not normal. This is not acceptable. And someone needs to answer for it.

PLEASE SHARE: VILE ABUSE OF ELDERLY AT CASTLEBAR HOSPITAL The utterly appalling treatment of vulnerable elderly people in hospital wards and nursing homes has been exposed in Castlebar this Christmas. Patients are being drugged on sedatives and antipsychotic drugs to keep them quiet and ultimately send them to an untimely death. Jemima, Isaac and Seán Burke arrived at Mayo University Hospital this morning (Christmas Day) to visit an elderly gentleman whom we know well and have cared for over the last 5+ years. We have been raising concerns about his care for weeks. This morning we found him in a critical condition - drugged out, dehydrated and malnourished. We immediately raised the alarm. The staff nurse on duty was very defensive. She told us to leave the bed. Within minutes, the Duty Manager had arrived flanked by a Security Guard and other men who stood in the ward. A show of activity ensued. Multiple staff arrived, including two doctors, two nurses and healthcare assistants. The patient was wheeled out for a scan, hooked up to tubes and moved to a different room. He is now critically ill. We have been raising concerns since mid-December when we first became aware that Mayo University Hospital was prescribing this single, elderly gentleman with anti-psychotics and sleeping tablets. He has been subjected to the most vile neglect by Mayo University Hospital. This hospital is administering older people with antipsychotic drugs and sedatives such as Haloperidal and Midazolam. Many of these patients are very vulnerable men and women, elderly people, perhaps living alone before they came to hospital, with few relatives to sit at the bedside. Antipsychotic drugs do not treat the patient’s medical issue. They simply knock out the patient and keep them “quiet”. Injections often happen late at night or early in the morning. These patients are then less likely to ring their call bells or tell friends and family how they are being treated. When family members call the hospital they are told the patient is “comfortable” when in reality they are drugged and dying of starvation. Catherine Donohoe is the General Manager of Mayo University Hospital. She and her staff are responsible to make sure this gentleman is cared for. Instead he has been left to die on a hospital bed. We urge anyone with friends or relatives in hospitals and nursing homes to visit their loved ones, demand answers to your questions and refuse to be intimidated by staff.

There are a few things things that college kids—especially the ones chanting "free palestine" and "from the river to the sea"—should know about the history and founding of Israel. A Palestinian state was already created in 1921. There was a British mandate of Palestine, which was a foreign occupied colony of the British Empire, which comprised modern-day what's Israel and what's now Jordan. The Jews believed they were entitled, based on the Balfour Declaration of 1917, to the entire mandate of Palestine to be the future Jewish state. In 1921, it became clear that wasn't to be. The British understood they were gonna need oil from the Arab states in a future global conflict, and so they ceded 77% of that land to create a state for the Arab Muslim Palestinians. They weren't called Palestinians then, but they were the Arab Muslims who lived in the British colony of Palestine. That country became first known as Transjordan on the other side of the Jordan, then it became the Kingdom of Jordan, and ultimately today we know it as Jordan. So there is a Palestinian state full of Palestinian Muslim Arabs. There's a Palestinian queen in that state today. The prince and future king of that state is a Palestinian, and over 60% of the population are people who are Arab Muslims from the mandate of Palestine. So there is a Palestinian state. What they really want is a second Palestinian state, a 58th Muslim state, a 23rd Arab state in the world—but it's just too much to have one teeny-tiny Jewish state. The second and more important thing to understand is that Israel and the international community have already offered the Palestinians on six prior occasions, in 1936 in the Peel Commission, 1947 in the Partition Plan, 1967 at Khartoum after the Six-Day War in Sudan, 1993 at Oslo, 2000 at Camp David with Bill Clinton, and again 2008 with Ehud Olmert as the prime minister. On six different occasions, Israel, America, and the international community offered the Palestinians their own state, their own sovereign territory with their own government to to do as they please with, on the land that college kids now seem to believe they deserve a state on. And what college kids don't understand is the Palestinians rejected that state on six different occasions. On college campuses, when kids chant "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free," realize that is only the English jingle that was created in order to appeal to and deceive American college kids. In Arabic, the original phrase is: "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be Arabic." They want a full Palestinian Arab state from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea with no Jews on it. That's what they've done in every other Arab country in the world, where they've expelled and ethnically cleansed the 850,000 Jews who lived all over the Muslim world, starting in the middle of the 20th century. People who have lived there, by the way, for centuries, all ethnically cleansed. They want to do the same thing with the 10 million people who now live in Israel, and we're never gonna allow that to happen.

The British understood they were gonna need oil from the Arab states in a future global conflict, and so they ceded 77% of that land to create a state for the Arab Muslim Palestinians. They weren't called Palestinians then, but they were the Arab Muslims who lived in the British colony of Palestine. That country became first known as Transjordan on the other side of the Jordan, then it became the Kingdom of Jordan, and ultimately today we know it as Jordan. So there is a Palestinian state full of Palestinian Muslim Arabs. There's a Palestinian queen in that state today. The prince and future king of that state is a Palestinian, and over 60% of the population are people who are Arab Muslims from the mandate of Palestine. So there is a Palestinian state. What they really want is a second Palestinian state, a 58th Muslim state, a 23rd Arab state in the world—but it's just too much to have one teeny-tiny Jewish state. The second and more important thing to understand is that Israel and the international community have already offered the Palestinians on six prior occasions, in 1936 in the Peel Commission, 1947 in the Partition Plan, 1967 at Khartoum after the Six-Day War in Sudan, 1993 at Oslo, 2000 at Camp David with Bill Clinton, and again 2008 with Ehud Olmert as the prime minister. On six different occasions, Israel, America, and the international community offered the Palestinians their own state, their own sovereign territory with their own government to to do as they please with, on the land that college kids now seem to believe they deserve a state on. And what college kids don't understand is the Palestinians rejected that state on six different occasions. On college campuses, when kids chant "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free," realize that is only the English jingle that was created in order to appeal to and deceive American college kids. In Arabic, the original phrase is: "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be Arabic." They want a full Palestinian Arab state from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea with no Jews on it. That's what they've done in every other Arab country in the world, where they've expelled and ethnically cleansed the 850,000 Jews who lived all over the Muslim world, starting in the middle of the 20th century. People who have lived there, by the way, for centuries, all ethnically cleansed. They want to do the same thing with the 10 million people who now live in Israel, and we're never gonna allow that to happen.

Jordan Peterson on why imposter syndrome is not the problem you think it is: 1. feeling like an imposter is actually a marker of mental health and competence. the people who do not feel it are the narcissists. if you have any sense and you are not deluded about your abilities you will feel some version of this every time you level up. peterson says the absence of imposter syndrome should concern you more than its presence. 2. every time you move up you will feel like an imposter. that is not a flaw. it is accurate. when you first enter a new role you are a beginner. you do not know what you are doing yet. feeling like an imposter at that stage is not a sign of weakness. it is a sign that you have enough self awareness to recognize the gap between where you are and where you need to be. 3. admitting ignorance to competent people never goes badly. people are afraid to ask questions because they think they are the only one in the room who does not know. they are not. if you were paying attention and you had a question the probability that half the room had the same question is very high. you only have to ask a stupid question once. after that you are no longer stupid about it. 4. intellectual humility is endearing to people who are actually good at what they do. competent people are always asking questions too because they know how much they do not know. when they see you asking questions they do not think you are incompetent. they think you probably are competent. 5. there is a darker version of imposter syndrome called imposter adaptation. hedonic adaptation is where happiness resets after good things happen. imposter adaptation is where the feeling of being a fraud persists no matter how many times you disprove it. you keep succeeding. the feeling keeps returning. at some point you have to admit the feeling has nothing to do with your actual capacity and everything to do with an addiction to feeling like an imposter. 6. high neuroticism makes this significantly worse. neuroticism is sensitivity to threat and punishment. people high in this trait need more evidence to feel safe and competent. the calibration problem is nearly impossible. you wake up with an ache in your side. is it nothing or is it cancer. most of the time it is nothing. the neurotic brain cannot easily tell the difference and applies the same logic to professional competence. 7. the only treatment that actually works is voluntary exposure to the things you are afraid of. you keep facing challenges. you keep paying attention. you develop competence. the environment becomes more predictable. the evidence accumulates. the people around you build confidence in you and that confidence reflects back. there is no shortcut. that is the pathway.
