Today, I embarked on a surprise inspection visit to ongoing road construction projects across Benin City, Edo State, to personally assess the situation on the ground and ensure that work is progressing as planned. For me, infrastructure is not just about roads—it’s about connecting people, boosting businesses, and laying the foundation for Edo’s transformation. My commitment remains steadfast: Edo must have the best infrastructure possible, and I will not rest until that vision becomes a reality. Practical Governance is in motion, and every road built is a step toward a greater Edo. A New Edo Has Risen! #ANewEdoHasRisen #PracticalGovernance

India is the dirtiest country in the world and Indians are the most morally bankrupt people in the world that have absolutely no civic sense. I know I will be trolled and abused for saying this but this is the fucking reality. Almost every city today is fucked up, the heritage is destroyed, people have somehow accepted the dilapidation of their infrastructure and the situation is so bad that if you try to fix it, you have to deal with uncouth and incompetent people. India doesn’t have a tourism problem, it has a fucking civic sense problem. As much as I would like, I find it hard to convince people to visit India. Shenaz Treasury

We are delighted to inform our people that the drive from Abeokuta to Papalanto is now free of bad portions. The contractor handling the Abeokuta-Ota-Lagos Road project has almost completed the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the section between Abeokuta and Papalanto, making the journey along this axis smooth and stress-free. Work is also progressing steadily between Papalanto, Ifo, and Sango, where construction activities are ongoing to deliver a durable and motorable road for the benefit of all. This project, though a federal road, was formally handed over to us after several years of failed interventions, and we took it upon ourselves to ensure it is fixed once and for all. Our administration remains resolute in its commitment to providing quality infrastructure that enhances economic growth, facilitates ease of movement, and improves the daily lives of our people. As we continue with this project, we assure our citizens that we will not relent until the entire stretch of the Abeokuta-Ota-Lagos Road is completed to world-class standard. #BuildingOurFutureTogether #ISEYA #DapoAbiodun #InfrastructureDevelopment #OgunState

The Mumbai–Ahmedabad Bullet Train Project is utilizing ultra-heavy crawler cranes with lifting capacities of up to 1,700 tonnes—among the largest ever deployed in Indian rail infrastructure. These cranes are essential for lifting and installing massive bridge segments and steel structures, showcasing the remarkable engineering scale behind India's first high-speed rail corridor. 🚄🏗️🇮🇳 #rslive

I put my money where my mouth is. This is Mopol Junction to Itele Road. This terrible road I was referring to is what Harry Maguire claim to be in construction or to be a Federal road. By the way, it didn’t rain. So imagine when it rains. And yeah, no school today because of the election tomorrow, so there’s not so much traffic as usual. Federal or State, there’s no road in the entire Ogun State. There’s no excuse for Dapo Abiodun and Yayi to still leave the Mopol Junction Itele Lafenwa Road the way it is. Prince Dr. Dapo Abiodun, CON and Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola YAYI. CON, FCA Should fix the road.

We continued with the reconstruction of the Stadium Junction to Luba Road in Ijebu-Ode as part of our administration’s commitment to modernizing road infrastructure across Ogun State. On-site, ongoing activities include the casting of drainage base, formwork for drainage walls, and the laying of asphalt (wearing course). These works are critical steps in ensuring the durability and efficiency of this strategic road, which serves as a major link within Ijebu-Ode and supports both economic and social activities in the area. We remain steadfast in our resolve to deliver quality infrastructure under our “Building Our Future Together” agenda, ensuring that every project contributes to improved mobility, economic growth, and the overall wellbeing of our people. #BuildingOurFutureTogether #InfrastructureDevelopment #DapoAbiodun #OgunState

I just inspected the ongoing reconstruction of Sapele Road to assess the quality and progress of work firsthand. I am impressed by the standard of construction being delivered. With the quality of work currently being executed, this road is being built to serve our people for generations. Our commitment is not just to construct roads, but to deliver durable infrastructure that will stand the test of time. My administration remains focused on quality, accountability, and value for every kobo invested. Edo people deserve infrastructure that lasts, and that is exactly what we are delivering through practical governance. #PracticalGovernance #ANewEdoHasRisen #SHINEAgenda

ELON: TO ACTUALLY START A COMPANY IS SIMPLER THAN YOU FEAR Elon is stripping away the mystique of the startup world, offering a blunt blueprint for anyone with an engineering mind and the drive to build. He is arguing that the barrier to entry is not as high as the "fear of failure" suggests. By focusing on a compelling prototype and leveraging the world-class venture capital ecosystem in America. Elon believes the next generation of builders can bypass the bureaucracy and start creating value immediately: “If you study engineering and you figure out how to design new things, then it is relatively easy to start a company. You just need to get a few like-minded people with you and then focus on creating a prototype, a compelling prototype as soon as possible. And then there is a strong venture capital industry in this country that will give you funding to take things to the next level. And that is all there is to it. And you might try it a few times, you may or may not succeed, but I think sometimes people fear starting a company too much. You know, what is the worst that could go wrong? You are not going to starve to death. You are not going to die of exposure. What is the worst that could go wrong?” Source: Naruto

“I said I want to come and tell you people myself so that you can understand better. I want to plead with you people to cooperate with the government and allow the contractors adequate access to ensure the project connects properly to the major road in line with the original plan. In one year, everything will be completed.” —Governor Alex Otti speaks to market women around the ongoing construction site of Afule Road in Aba, Abia State, during his visit earlier today.

While the BJP government continues to showcase highways and infrastructure projects as symbols of development, the ground reality tells a very different story. A newly constructed highway connecting areas near the Assam-Arunachal Pradesh border has suffered significant damage even before its completion, raising serious questions about construction quality, monitoring and accountability. People need roads that work, bridges that last and infrastructure they can trust, not projects that become liabilities soon after construction.

Catherine Austin Fitts argues that Donald Trump was installed by bankers to construct a digital control grid comprised of programmable money, digital ID, and a social credit system. She maintains that Trump is expendable now that the infrastructure for this system is complete. "So let's look at the control grid. There are three general baskets of what you need to do. The first is programmable money. The second is digital ID... And then the third is you need the hardware and the software infrastructure to do the social credit system." "And so you need all the data centres... But you also need a surveillance infrastructure and enforcement infrastructure to back it." "So how do you persuade conservatives... to embrace building that infrastructure? The way you do it is you say, oh, we have election fraud, or oh, we have an immigration problem. And so we need a digital ID to identify who everybody is so we can't have fraud." "If you look at everything [Trump has] done to build the control grid, or to put the conditions in place to do it, they now have what they need." "Trump is basically expendable now."

Why do we call the Tunnel Road Project a real estate project, an intergenerational disaster and a waste of taxpayers’ money? Because the Tunnel Road itself makes no sense as a solution to Bengaluru’s traffic. Built on a flawed DPR, the project is financially unviable and could create even more traffic in the name of solving congestion. Listen to Satya, Former Chief Technical Advisor, DULT, decode the reality behind the Tunnel Road Project.
