Proper general movement training can go a long way toward helping improve overall athleticism. Movement sessions for children should be fun, engaging, challenging, and most importantly, semi-organized. Between school and sports, children spend their entire day in an organized setting being constantly told what to do. A good training...

I’d love for you to replace the word children with everyone. If people did things like this a few times a week they would be so much more inclined to want to train and be generally more fit. This looks like so much fun!

Why do grown ups stop training like this?! Why the "you only lean a lean mass" ideology and preoccupation with the gym?

This was so refreshing to see. Not 1 tennis ball drill or “elite footwork” series. Kids being kids and actually moving. Wow. #LTAD

EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Tonight, Loomer Unleashed secretly attended and recorded the webinar for Sunrise Movement, the leftist Climate activist group that recruits and trains youth to fight Trump and implement the Green New Deal. This is the same group that organized the anti-Tesla protests in NYC that turned violent this weekend where members of Sunrise Movement were arrested for vandalism. Their webinar, titled “How to End An Oligarchy”, which I recorded tonight, was focused on teaching people how to protest Trump and Elon Musk. They claimed 4,000 people were watching their webinar LIVE tonight, which you had to sign up for. Throughout the webinar, the organizers were trying to register attendees to host their own “speak outs”. A “speak out” is a protest against Trump and Musk in an activist’s local community where they can “garner the most attention”. At the end of Sunrise Movement 🌅’s activist call, Sunrise Movement activists praised the radical, Leftist group “Indivisible”, calling it “an amazing group organizing adults.” Then, they broke out in song about climate activism. Today, Loomer Unleashed covered an Indivisible led anti-Trump protest on Capitol Hill, where J6 Committee members attended and discussed impeaching Trump. The way to “combat oligarchy” isn’t vandalizing Tesla. As someone who often speaks out about oligarchy and technocracy, I condemn the violent protests organized by Sunrise Movement 🌅. Violence and vandalism aren’t acceptable. Ever. See video below 👇🏻
