I think I need to be able to look at my situation objectively in order to overcome it. So I actually try to accept it. When I'm stressed I listen to more calm and deep music. I don't think I'll get any brighter even if I try to force myself to listen to bright music. So, I accept the current situation and because the stress is caused by something not going my way I have to solve it for the stress to be relieved.
