Sooooo I just saw all the workout critics 🤡 on my butterfly pull-ups. Butterfly pull-ups are done in CrossFit workouts and should not be done unless you have good shoulder mobility and can complete at least 5 strict pull ups without fatigue. I also train strict pull ups during other training sessions. Always make sure you go down all the way to straighten your arms before pulling up again. And chin over the bar at the top. But more importantly I encourage everyone no matter how old you are or what level fitness you are at, always try to train and exercise to stay strong and healthy so you can live your best life and be the best version of you. Don’t sit on the couch and be a hater. We have enough of that!

Hirono: "Are you requiring these kinds of pull-ups?" Patel: "If you wanna chase down a bad guy and put him in handcuffs, you better be able to do a pull-up." I’ve been obsessed with pull ups for a decade now. I train pull ups just as I do my squat, bench and deadlift. Pull ups are a primary strength exercise I train them with low rep sets using bands, chains, and other unique loading options specifically with an EZ curl bar on the feet I use at least 4-5 alternative grip variations just like I train 4-5 squat, bench and deadlift variations If you want a big back, and arms BTW, make sure you’re training pull ups Be on the lookout for my pull up guide in the very near future

Today I did 1200 push ups… #GSET When I was hustling in 2019 to reach my goal of getting a contact, I was doing 3 workouts a day, training in ring and at one point I was doing 1000 push ups a day. I started a new workout goal this week and decided I need to up my hustle and tap into the version of me that wanted something so badly I sacrificed everything. Monday - Thursday I reached 500 per day, today I wanted 600. When I got to 600, I realized I was so close to 1000. When I got to 1000 I told myself I need to set a new bar for myself. 1200 is that new bar. Proud to say I did that. My body doesn’t look how it once did, and I can’t move how I once moved, but for what I can do, I will challenge myself at every chance I get. Greatest Story Ever Told

🐰: If I were compared to a book, I think I’d be one that you could open and read many pages from. I already know myself. There are days when I want to look cute, there are days when I wanna look cool. It depends on the day and my mood. So I just want everyone who gets to know Namping to slowly learn more about me. Namping has many aspects to show you guys 🐰: I’m comfortable enough with you guys to be myself. And please, you don’t have to worry that I can’t be myself. In the end, that’s a philosophical question, isn’t it? What is the real “self”?, well, who knows? hahaha, so yeah it really depends on how I feel that day 🐰: I also hope that you can love me every day, no matter what my mood is that day, no matter which side of me you see. (*as he mentioned above, what he really meant was he hoped that we love him no matter what he wears, what kind of look he has, whether it’s cute or handsome) 🐰: I’m really grateful for having you guys supporting me for who I am.
