This tiny change makes them a) much harder because you don’t loose tension anywhere, b) forces you into a super controlled descent instead of a drop, and c) keeping the shoulders engaged like this is better for shoulder health. give it a try!

Amazon. No more link cuz this one is obsolete. They have new ones now. In black and white but looks like the design is similar to mine.
