This is completed road with pavement marking done now what quality are you testing 😁this is only rideability and nothing else… they need to check sub base sub grade compaction lift by lift then need to test various lifts of asphalt and it’s compaction cores taken and tested that are actually quality control tests 🤦🏻‍♂️
