If it does, you're either: A) Doing too many sets (diminishing returns after 12 per session) B) Socialising more than training C) Both Effective training is: 5-6 exercises, 2 working sets each, genuine intensity, 45-60 minutes total. If you need more time than that, you're not training efficiently. You're just occupying space in the gym while convincing yourself that more time equals more results. It doesn't. More intensity equals more results. Time is irrelevant.

A lot of people are unaware about what ‘TRAINING TILL TRUE FAILURE ’ means and that is costing them a lot more TIME & MONEY than it should to build muscles and get in shape. It’s not when your mind has given up. It’s not when you think you’ve done enough. It’s not stopping at 10 reps with your selected weight because the program said 8-10 Reps. True Failure is when the Muscle can no longer produce enough force to complete the movement safely and correctly no matter how much effort you’ve put in. It should be physically impossible !

Alright this is starting to become a ridiculous problem. Second time in 24 hours on V14.3.7. This isn’t a native 14.3.7 problem, it has been happening to me (though rarely) since 14.2. I’m ok with nav thinking roads are closed and re-routing. 95% of the time it does this it is wrong, but that’s beside the point. It’s the fact that it does it at the very last minute when it literally already started a turning maneuver. It is so startling and tries to whip it out of a maneuver like it’s avoiding a crash. And the worst part is that the roads it’s trying to avoid are almost never actually closed. Please fix this Tesla AI

One thing I found useful when I was researching skate materials is the napkin test. If you rub a PTFE skate against a pad for a bit and hold it near small paper scraps, it attracts them. That’s triboelectric charging in action, and it’s just something PTFE does because of where it sits on the triboelectric series. POM doesn’t really do that in the same way. I’m not saying that’s the only reason feel changes over time, there are probably other factors too. But when I was deciding what to run on Skyline it felt like an unnecessary variable to keep around, especially for players who are actively trying to build consistent muscle memory.
