quick animation cancel tip for Storm!

Storm’s slow is really underrated, it’s so good for dueling other flying heroes like Iron Man and Star-Lord, flankers like Black Panther or Spider-man that rely on their mobility, even snipers to confuse them on why they’re suddenly moving so slow, or dive tanks that are running.

Yea but i havent really found myself using it for that at all haha. The empowered dmg boost deals 35 dmg every two seconds to any enemy inside which is so good for ult charge
