Also a great tool for re-fitting clothing to other bases, as well. Use it a lot for things like stockings and such.

it also works better with a weight group so u can control how close to the skin it gets.

sure does. very easy set up in blender, literally took like a minute. set Array modifier to 'Constant Offset'. Set the fit type to 'Fit Curve' - this makes sure that when you adjust the curve it doesn't shift the start or end. Add curve modifier, select your bezier.

Press CTRL+G to assign it to a new vertex group, and CTRL+H to hook it to a new empty 3. On the physics tab add a Cloth modifier and in the Shape section select the Pin Group 4. Start the playback and enjoy! #b3d

Did you know that in Blender you can easily make pillows with the 'Cloth' modifier? ✨ 1. Select the object that's gonna be beneath your pillow 2. Press 'Collision' on the physics tab 3. Add a cube and add some loops to it with Ctrl+R 4. Press 'Cloth' on the physics tab 5. Enable 'Pressure' and set the custom target volume to 1. You can tweak this value depending on how big your pillow is 6. Decrease the collision distance in 'Object Collisions' 7. Press space to play the animation 8. Press Ctrl+3 to add a subdiv modifier with 3 levels to make it look smoother! You can choose a frame that you like and apply the 'Cloth' modifier to make it into a static mesh by going to the Modifiers tab, hovering over the 'Cloth' Modifier and pressing Ctrl+A! I'm really happy with how this hair turned out! This is made up of "hair bulk" which is just sculpted and then individual hair curves blending into it. I used the Data Transfer modifier to copy the normals from the bulk so you don't see the strands intersecting! #blender #b3d
