Radar Update (3:30 PM): Scattered, non-severe storms and showers are developing north of Pittsburgh. We’re watching two clusters to our north/northwest that could bring heavy rain and strong/severe storms later this evening and overnight due to redevelopment.

After the chance of scattered storms Friday afternoon and evening, Friday night looks quiet in NTX. By early Saturday, another round of showers and storms will roll in. The severe risk with this looks very low. Saturday morning will have scattered rain, some heavy at times.

The stronger storms are now moving east of Dallas. Heavy rain and gusty winds are still accompanying these. We will keep more scattered rain and non-severe thunderstorms in the forecast the rest of the night.
