EXPOSED: Canadian Federal Corruption in the Historic P3 Regina Bypass Project in Saskatchewan High-level corruption within the Public-Private Partnership (P3) project of the Regina Bypass Project. The project, costing taxpayers $2 billion, is now under scrutiny for potentially being the largest documented case of corruption in Canadian P3 history. Bob Rai, a Canadian aggregate supplier, armed with leaked documents, secret recordings, and other evidence, alleges that the Saskatchewan government and federal officials were involved in corrupt practices in the Regina Bypass project. Evidence suggests that the Saskatchewan government silently provided aggregate for free, only for VINCI-RBDB to sell it back to the government at retail prices, summing up to a staggering half a billion dollars. A significant focus of the investigation into the Regina Bypass scandal is the alleged involvement of Amarjeet Sohi, Justin Trudeau's former infrastructure minister with a background of terrorism-related charges in India. Accusations center around Sohi's purported facilitation of Whiterock Ventures Inc. (WRV), a trucking company linked to his brother and election donors. "He came to the trucking company from Ottawa. He did not list his travel and expense it to the federal government," Rai claims, suggesting that Sohi's visits were deliberately kept off the official records. "The reason that he came is because he is personally involved in the loot of taxpayers' money." Further intensifying the allegations, Rai points out potential nepotism and favoritism in the project. "We have somebody that is completely uneducated, can barely speak broken English, overseeing a multibillion-dollar project. So when Amarjeet Sohi became the infrastructure minister, his head was full of dollar signs, all he wanted to do was make projects compromised by using his authority and his power as the Infrastructure Minister of Canada." Another layer of complexity involves the executive committee member for Vinci-RBDB, Gordon Pasini, a Canadian whose name appeared in the Panama Papers. The investigation into the Regina Bypass project has uncovered several alarming contractual anomalies, each raising significant concerns about the project's transparency and execution. WITH ALL THIS EVIDENCE , MATSHELA KOKO IS NOT CHARGED OR JAILED. SHAME ON YOU SHAMILA EXCUSES BATHOI Matshela Koko, a former Eskom executive, was identified as a KEY ENABLER of the Gupta family's efforts to capture and corrupt Eskom The story of his alleged corruption involves several schemes that benefited Gupta linked companies at Eskom's expense. MATSHELA KOKO’s alleged corrupt activities as per the Zondo Commission : Optimum Coal Mine and Tegeta: The Guptas' company, Tegeta Exploration and Resources, relied on Koko and other executives to help them acquire the Optimum Coal Mine. This included a highly suspicious prepayment of R659 million from Eskom to Tegeta and a R1.6 billion guarantee, which helped finance the Guptas' purchase. The Zondo Commission found that this was not a legitimate transaction but a corrupt scheme.MATSHELA KOKO PLAYED A KEY ROLL IN GIVING THE GUPTAS S PREPAYMENT TO BUY THE MINE AND GAVE A Guarantee FROM ESKOM TO THE VALUE OF R1.6 BILLION. This is absolutely bonkers. Irregular Coal Supply Contracts: Koko was allegedly involved in awarding Tegeta a coal supply contract worth over R4 billion, despite irregularities and the poor quality of the coal. Evidence presented at the Zondo Commission showed that Koko allegedly interfered to ensure Tegeta's coal passed quality tests at an internal, unaccredited Eskom facility. Now you see how load shedding was actually created, as per Zondo MATSHELA KOKO allowed poor quality coal which broke the machinery. Trillian and McKinsey Contracts: Koko, along with other executives, was found to be central to a scheme to irregularly benefit the Gupta-linked company Trillian Capital Partners. Eskom paid R595 million to Trillian through contracts with the consulting firm McKinsey, even though Eskom had no direct contract with Trillian. BASICALLY AS PER THE ZONDO COMMISSION MATSHELE KOKO WAS A KEY ENABLER OF THE GUPTA AND DUDUZANE Zuma corruption It was full on state capture, unbelievable that Shamila Excuses Bathoi is still dragging her feet. The best part when Devi caught him outlying. That clip will forever be historic , as the Gupta puppet caught. In a lie.

Corruption: The Real Reason Trump Won’t Allow the Gordie Howe Bridge to Open? U.S. President Donald Trump announced yesterday that he will not permit the opening of the new international bridge spanning the Michigan River. The P3 project is several years late and has seen billions of dollars in cost overruns. It not only has the hallmarks of bid rigging, collusion, and antitrust breaches, but also involved the Canadian government allowing some of the most notoriously corrupt construction giants to participate in the procurement process, such as SNC-Lavalin, VINCI, and ACS Infrastructure. On top of all that, the procurement and the early stages of the project were overseen by Canadian politicians with direct ties to Sikh extremists, namely affiliates of the World Sikh Organization (WSO), whose executives have a long history of proximity to violence and terrorism. In this video report, I summarize my initial report from February 11, 2024, where I interviewed industry expert and whistleblower Bob Rai, who provided me with evidence he compiled over more than a decade, and Dr. Gary Botting, a double-PhD, former criminal defence lawyer, and leading expert on extradition law. Dr. Botting complimented Mr. Rai’s research skills, saying it warrants an investigation by authorities, and outlined that the U.S. does have standing to prosecute and extradite those involved in the project if it deems the allegations to be prima facie. The cost of the project, which is being absorbed entirely by Canadian taxpayers, is about $7 billion, but according to a 2018 study by Toronto professor Eric Miller, it could take the bridge more than 61 years to pay off its debt, with total taxpayer subsidies ranging from $14 billion to $52 billion over the life of the project. Amarjeet Sohi, a former suspected Khalistani terrorist who was jailed in India, and who has faced credible allegations of corruption involving his family and election donors’ firm in another P3 project, was the infrastructure minister who oversaw most of the procurement process, including key stages such as the selection of the preferred bidder for the Gordie Howe International Bridge Project. Sohi hired a WSO executive’s son, as an assistant at the time, while the other son was hired as director of operations by Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan, whose father was also a WSO executive. Navdeep Bains, another minister whose decision-making had influence over the project, was himself a WSO executive. The question arises how much influence the WSO, an extremist organization with a history of condoning violence, may have had over Canadian politics and, in turn, over the project.

"The last time a major LNG project was developed in this country was 42 years ago, that was a Nigeria LLG project." Nigeria's gas sector has recorded a major breakthrough with the advancement of the $3 billion UTM Floating LNG (FLNG) Project, unlocking stranded offshore gas resources and strengthening the country's drive for industrial growth and energy security. Key Highlights: - The project secured a 15-year gas supply agreement, clearing the path for a Final Investment Decision (FID) expected later this year. - It is Africa's first indigenous-led Floating LNG (FLNG) project, fully developed by a Nigerian company. - The project represents Nigeria's first major LNG development in over 40 years, since the launch of the Nigeria LNG project. - The initiative aligns with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's gas development agenda, with officials crediting the administration's policy direction for unlocking the project. - A joint venture between NNPC Limited and Seplat Energy will supply 200 million standard cubic feet of gas per day under the 15-year agreement. - The FLNG facility will produce 1.8 million tonnes of LNG annually, monetising stranded gas from the Yoho Field. - About 30% of production, equivalent to over 300,000 metric tonnes of LPG annually, will be supplied to Nigeria's domestic market to support the Federal Government's clean cooking initiative. - The project is expected to generate billions of dollars in revenue, create thousands of jobs, and deepen local participation in the oil and gas industry. - Financing for the project is being led by African Export-Import Bank, which has also provided preparatory funding and is coordinating debt and equity financing. - Project promoters disclosed that the investment is oversubscribed, attracting strong interest from global energy traders and investors, including companies from the Middle East. - The project further demonstrates the growing capacity of indigenous Nigerian companies to deliver large-scale energy infrastructure while positioning Nigeria as a key supplier of LNG to regional and global markets.
