The Gateway Process was never classified. It was always available to the public. Don’t believe the disinformation about Bob. The only thing classified was the Army report. The Monroe Institute is open to the public :)

I’ve done the program a bit, it’s similar to alternate nostril breathing for hemi-sync. Also my favorite part of the document is random, the part I circled. “When reality ends, its constituent energy simply returns to infinity in the Absolute.” 🌟

What are your opinions on the actual 'binaural' technique? Have you subjected the audio files to any analysis? I've found suggestions that (at least some of the Monroe materials) use actual brain/EEG recordings and not just simple sinewaves for entrainment. (!!!)

Ill back up this information with personal experience: "I was totally frightened panic stricken" ... It took me weeks to be able to talk normally after my first out of body experience. "Vibration in the body" ... this is part of the connection process that allows projection out of your nervous system. My projection process feels like a 200 mph wind from the toes, through the spine through the head. "I discovered the man in bed with my wife is me" ... You can literally see your body when astral projection, I could see myself talking to friends during my experience. "this changes your overview" .. no one is the same once your gain knowledge that isn't in public discourse, you then understand we as a society does not understand the realms we are in.

My Buddhist monk who I met playing on a multinational soccer club as a young man taught me how to meditate in amazing ways with amazing results. After a 4 disc ACDF and Left shoulder correction I had to walk to get my health back. I would walk 6 miles barefooted on concrete and remove gravel stones out of my feet and they wouldn’t even bleed. It also made my feet as soft as a baby’s bottom. Meditation is a significant factor in having inner peace and all people should be involved. What’s really fun is teaching someone fresh in substance abuse recovery to do it. They can’t focus for more than 20-30 seconds. Much enlightenment occurs in a meditative trance. I just love your posts. Always right on the mark, and useful for daily living.

Astral projection and out-of-body experience are simpler and more intimate than most teachings describe. These phenomena are not journeys of a separate soul traveling through external realms.
