I concur.

Oh hell ya!

I used to pull in the mid 600's when I was younger but I was 40lbs heavier

Anything over 500 is elite 🔥😎 My bench has always been my strongest lift. I’ve never been close to 600 on DL

(I'm a year from 40 now) in my early 20's I was benching 455, deadlifting 635 and squatting 705; I was 210 at that point I'm down to 160 now, I still pulled 500 last month. The point, yes, Classics are the answer.

I knew there was a reason to like you beyond the classics stuff 😎

😎

Read heavy books. Do classic lifts.

Exactly 😎😂

Did you ever get these?

Strict OHP. Well done. The serous lifter’s lift. Along with squats, natch.

This you? Studly fellow, no lying.

Yes 👍

Now that’s a set of arms you got going there, lad. Enjoy’m while you got’m.

Damnnnn Bro do you even lift?

Sometimes 🤷♂️

Impressive. Marine up! Ooooorahhhh

Nicely done. I'm still recovering from my third shoulder/bicep surgery (thanks, Marine Corps) and I'm doing like...65x7. Just a grind to get back to normal adult male numbers.

SLEDGE STRENGTH ENGAGED.

Dude you are a machine. I need to up my military press game.

Do it! 😎✌️

I can do 135 for 5-6 reps. By the end of June, I’ll catch up 😉💪

Good work dude. Solid advice

Post more lifts bro!

405 x (almost) 5🙂

Hell yeah. I’m 6 weeks post shoulder fracture from a bad fall. Just started physical therapy and using bands. I’ve lost mass but I think I’ll be back to benching in another 6 weeks.

Wow dude - excellent 🔥

Serious weight !

Epic!!!💪

🦾🦾🦾

And then, go to war, come back, don't write anything or not be interested in war and die

Sickkk🔥

I’m trying

This is exactly what Homer would tweet instead of writing the Iliad

Best shoulder press technique I've seen on here so far. Textbook perfect hence that's why you are getting stronger with every press.

185 x 7 with clean form is impressive as hell. Well done.

I think this kind of performative muscularity is funny. Like, you're clearly not an athlete. You've made your body incompatible for most sports. In terms of hobbies, I don't think women find this appealing. Like, chill out dude. Read George Saunders.

And don’t let some backwards-hat guy on social media tell you how to live your life 👍

Classic books for the mind, heavy weights for the body. 📚💪 That’s a solid combo for growth. 🔥

Mental and physical strength.

I think I know now why your back hurts.

Like Hubert Selby, Jr.’s, Last Exit to Brooklyn 🙏

Keep it up. 💪🏾

In.

Whatcha readin’?

I loved, Bruh by Cicero

Name a classic book that teaches this.
