You do not need to be in the gym six days a week. Doing so will reward you with worse progress, not more. Here's why: Fatigue accumulates. Not just from session to session. From week to week. From month to month. The hard leg session on Monday leaves a tax that has not been fully paid by the time you're back under a bar on Tuesday. Multiply that across six sessions and you are walking into every workout pre-fatigued. The first casualty is your high threshold motor units. The fibres with the most growth potential. The ones recruited only when the muscle is fresh enough to call on them with real load. Train under accumulated fatigue and those fibres never get touched. You're left stimulating the lower threshold fibres you maxed out years ago. Two rest days a week should be the bare minimum for anyone training hard. Three is better. Four sessions of about an hour each is not the maintenance protocol the high-volume crowd will tell you it is. It is the optimal dose for a natural lifter who wants to actually grow. Four hours of lifting a week. Four. That's it. The best physiques in your gym are almost always built on less work than the worst. The volume bros sweat five hours a week for a body the four-hour man built while still having time to read a book. More is not the answer. Recovered is.

What Actually is Sei Network's “Giga” Upgrade? Sei Network’s (Sei) Giga upgrade is a major overhaul designed to make the network faster, more scalable and better suited for high-performance onchain trading. Put simply, Giga is rebuilding three critical parts of the blockchain: consensus, execution and storage. (1) The first track focuses on consensus, with upgrades such as Autobahn designed to improve how Sei validators agree on the state of the chain. (2) The Ares upgrade targets execution, the part of the blockchain responsible for actually processing transactions. (3) Eidos focuses on storage, which is becoming increasingly important as blockchain throughput rises. Why does storage matter? Every transaction a blockchain processes has to be recorded. If the database cannot write data as quickly as the network executes transactions, higher throughput eventually becomes meaningless. Eidos is designed to solve that bottleneck. (4) Sei plans to replace the traditional Merkle-tree structure used for EVM state with FlatKV, a flat key-value database where updating one piece of state requires essentially one write. A lattice hash, or LtHash, is then used to maintain a verifiable fingerprint of the entire state without repeatedly recalculating an entire hash path. (5) Eidos also separates live EVM state from other blockchain data. This means transactions accessing current state no longer have to compete with historical data for the same database resources. (6) Sei is also introducing LittDB-backed storage for blocks and receipts. These records are written once but queried repeatedly, making them a different workload from constantly changing blockchain state. Older historical data will eventually move away from active nodes into archival storage, allowing nodes to focus their resources on the data needed for real-time operations. The interesting part is how Sei plans to deploy all of this. Instead of shutting down the network and migrating the entire database at once, Eidos is designed to migrate storage while Sei continues producing blocks. The old and new systems can run side by side during the transition, with data moved in batches and integrity checks performed throughout the process. The first phase arrived on Sei mainnet with the v6.6 release in August 2026, beginning the separation of EVM state and introducing improvements to the pruning process. The broader Eidos architecture, including FlatKV, LtHash, the new receipt store and off-node archival storage, is expected to arrive through subsequent releases. Sei’s ultimate Giga target is 200,000 transactions per second. But reaching that kind of execution speed requires more than a faster transaction engine. The blockchain also needs a storage system capable of keeping up. That is essentially what Eidos is trying to build. Giga is not just about making Sei execute transactions faster. It is about rebuilding the infrastructure underneath that speed so the network can actually sustain it.

The Government Railway Police (GRP) arrested 30-year-old Roshan Suvarna on Wednesday, June 24, for allegedly stabbing a co-passenger to death inside a moving first-class compartment of a Mumbai local train. The fatal altercation, which took place late Monday night between Andheri and Borivali stations, began as a dispute over closing the coach door to block out heavy rain. Will flash arm side life through the zone and is best when located on either third (arm or glove side) of the plate or in the top-half. Not a real bat-misser right now, so refining its shape should be a point of focus both this spring and beyond. Bread and butter offerings are his secondaries. Root's low-80s CH gets averaged almost 10 MPH of separation off his heater and it's a pitch he throws with conviction. Consistently flashes fade to the arm side as well as late diving life. Generated a 46% miss rate last spring, would stick a plus grade on it. High-70s-to-low-80s CB flashes big-time depth with some sharpness. 11-to-5 shape against RHH, but will be longer than it is deep against LHH. Has a decent feel for the pitch, and last season it held opposing hitters to a minuscule .048 average while generating a 48% miss rate. Rounds out his arsenal with a mid-to-upper-80s CUT/SL that against LHH will flash sweeping life with some late bite. Potentially average offering. Now here's why this actually matters. Samsung, SK Hynix and Micron control almost 90% of global DRAM revenue. Samsung 38%, SK Hynix 29%, Micron 22%. For two years they've been starving the market of regular DDR5 while chasing AI memory. That's a big part of why memory prices went through the roof. CXMT is already the fourth largest DRAM maker on earth by capacity. By year end they're on pace to nearly match Micron's wafer output. Every dollar from this IPO goes into more fabs, better DDR5 and LPDDR5X yields, early HBM3 work, and the next process node. In plain English: a state-backed Chinese player is about to push serious volume of cheaper memory into a market that's been kept deliberately tight.
