Recently @EricSchmidt (former Google CEO) told congress that data centers will go from 3% now to 99% ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐จ๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ฒ The only way to meet that demand is data centers powered by solar in space ๐

@ericschmidt @Google Thatโs an insane amount of power and will accelerate global warming past all tipping points. Ideally we would have legislation forcing new data centers into space. Otherwise they will cannibalize our renewables, non-renewables, and our atmosphere, basically everything.

@ericschmidt @Google I wish i could invest in your company. You are clearly building the POC of a Dyson sphere. This is the only way towards full type I civilisation.

@ericschmidt @Google Type 1 or 2!

At $0.27/W, the #lowest priced solar panel in Amazon US is FutureSolar as per comparemarketplaces . com #amazon #solar #panel #ad

@ericschmidt @Google Nobody believes that. It would imply data centers would be 100x all other electricity consumption, which means 100x increase in world energy production.

@ericschmidt @Google I think thatโs exactly what heโs saying. I believe it

@ericschmidt @Google @starcloud_inc1 is solving this huge problem! What a vision

@ericschmidt @Google @starcloud_inc1 Thanks Jay!

@ericschmidt @Google It will be interesting to see how venture capital will be grounded by.... physics.

@ericschmidt @Google The other problem with data centers is that they generate a lot of heat. How is he going to dissipate that heat in space?

@ericschmidt @Google Weโre working on this @starcloud_inc1
