This brings back memories of my studying days. I kept a black book where I would write down the reasoning behind every type of math I studied: algebra, geometry, trigonometry. Instead of focusing on memorization, I traced how each calculation worked. That’s when math truly began to make sense.

Great point! And is it possible we cannot see some patterns because of the way formulas were defined? For example, calculating area and volume using a radius instead of a diameter.
