Some people got weirdly angry at me last time I joked about MD, so as a caveat this obviously isn't actual MD. I've implemented some basic force fields which work kind well but as you can see from the bond lengths it's not accurate

It's close to being able to do bespoke molecular 'simulations' for the sake of animation. Last part to implement is dihdrals, which is proving very difficult inside of #GeometryNodes . Might switch to try and do coarse grain instead and just instance planar molecules correctly
