The City of Regina could do like the City of Las Vegas and put up High Waterline signs on the underpasses to avoid this every time we get a soaker But they'd spend 250k deciding what color to paint the sign

Good thing the City spent all that money redoing the storm sewers along the ring road to the west. Maybe next time redo where there is consistant flooding. Why doesn’t the city shut down the ring road in this area. They know it floods every time we get heavy rain.
