Best way I teach clients is: 1/ dim lights or blue light blockers 2 hours before bed 2/ this breathing exercise 30 minutes before bed: Inhale through nose for 4 Pause for 7 Exhale through nose for 4 Pause for 7 Repeat for 5-10 minutes Works like a charm for my sleep clients

I have found magnesium works the complete opposite…if i take an epsom salts bath prior to bedtime i will be up most of the night. 😏😔

dont forget copious amounts of alcohol
