THE MISSING CANTON LIBRARY FOOTAGE 🗣🚨 On February 7th, 2022, Louis Jutras from Canton’s IT Division emailed Trooper Dunne (Norfolk County MSP) surveillance footage from the Canton Public Library, per MSP’s request. Because of the town’s camera system setup, the footage was shared via a download link rather than direct files. Dunne then forwarded that same link to lead investigator Trooper Michael Proctor. A follow up email, obtained by @Marbury_v_Mad through a FOIA request, shows that Proctor sought help from Norfolk County Forensic Video Technician Colleen Crawford. But why would Proctor need assistance if the footage could have been easily downloaded and preserved in its raw form, with original metadata? Data that was never provided to Karen Read’s defense team. Then there’s Brian Tully, the officer chosen to testify about this footage. A curious choice since Dunne received the original link and Proctor led the investigation, both would’ve been far more relevant witnesses. As Proctor’s supervisor, Tully would likely have known about the missing footage from the Canton Library. Did he also communicate with Crawford? The original file sent by Jutras was a full one-hour segment (12:00 a.m.–1:00 a.m.), yet the version later used in evidence has missing roughly two minutes from 12:37 a.m. to 12:39 a.m. And now, this newly uncovered correspondence shows Proctor personally thanked Crawford for her help with this very footage.

I VEHEMENTLY disagree with Paul Finebaum’s criticism of Coach Deion Sanders, Sheduer Sanders and Colorado. He called them irrelevant and that they don’t matter to College Football. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Colorado is very relevant and broke TV viewership records last year even after their 3-0 start that saw them finish the year 4-8. They out drew some of the biggest brands in all of College Football last year. Their blowout loss to Oregon had 10.03 million viewers, which topped the Notre Dame-Ohio State game. Shedeur Sanders stated that Colorado is everyone’s Super Bowl game when they play them. HE IS CORRECT, if you take the time to understand what he meant. Every team that played Colorado last year played their hardest against them because they knew everyone was watching and it was their opportunity to shine in front of the masses. It wasn’t JUST ABOUT winning, they wanted to humiliate them and kill their confidence. It pains many that Coach Prime, his sons, Travis Hunter, his coaches and all his players are still walking in their purpose and have never wavered for a second. They know the mission they are on and won’t back down in the face of adversity. Colorado wasn’t an “Easy win” last year for anyone except Oregon and Washington State. 5 of their 8 losses were by one score or less. Colorado making the College Football Playoff AT SOME POINT in Deion Sanders’ tenure would be a great thing for College Football. Not just for the increased viewership, but because taking a program that last won a Conference Championship when Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter weren’t even born yet would be an incredible accomplishment and rebuild. Colorado doesn’t have to go to the College Football Playoff this year and will still be relevant. Teams will be jumping out of their skin to get after them a little extra because they think they are too confident. Coaches will up the passion because they believe they deserve the attention and eyeballs that Coach Prime and Colorado demand. Like Coach Prime said, he is analyzed different and his wins are measured differently. One thing is for sure though. Coach Prime is building something at Colorado and as an analyst, I don’t think we should be trying kick him and his team down because they are confident and believe in themselves. They are great for College Football because they are different. Different might make people uncomfortable, but that doesn’t mean it’s wrong. A chart doesn’t answer any of that. So let’s drop the attempted “gotcha” and get specific for a sec: •Which fact I cited is wrong? •Which donation record is incorrect? •Which campaign role didn’t happen? •Which lobbying link is misrepresented? •Which contract total is inaccurate? If you can’t name even one, then you’re not challenging my post. You’re just talking around it. You also introduced the word “lying,” not me. I’m talking about conflicts of interest risk and public confidence. Do you seriously dispute that these kinds of political and financial connections can raise reasonable questions about perceived impartiality, even when a poll, like the one you're using sometimes shows results you like? Seriously? And since you’re presenting yourself as an impartial critic, your own public record is relevant. A single autonomous driving dataset? Months of work, hundreds of annotators, millions in cost. Without labeled data, you can't train custom models. Fellow Nigerians and friends from around the world, good day to you all. For decades, dedicated professionals in Nigeria’s health sector have risen early and returned home late, serving their fellow citizens with commitment and resilience, often in difficult conditions and with limited recognition. Under the compassionate leadership of His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Bola Ahmed Tinubu, we acknowledge that successive governments did not always provide the enabling environment for our best talents to thrive. Longstanding commitments were poorly implemented, leading to dissatisfaction among health workers, particularly members of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), the Joint Health Sector Unions (JOHESU), and the National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives. This reality informed our deliberate approach over the past two and a half years, during which we proactively cultivated industrial harmony through constructive engagement with stakeholders, addressing both legacy and current challenges directly. Despite recent disruptions by a small segment of health workers, notably resident doctors, the overwhelming majority of Nigeria’s capable health workforce have continued to report for duty, serving our people with dedication, care, and innovation. While not all legacy challenges have been conclusively resolved, unprecedented progress has been achieved under President Tinubu’s leadership. Through transparent negotiations, the retirement age for clinically skilled health workers has been increased from 60 to 65 years. Outstanding arrears from 2023 to date have been paid, while the new hazard allowance is being processed. Over ₦10 billion owed under the 2025 Medical Residency Training Fund has been fully paid. Salary relativity adjustments under CONHESS for health workers and CONMESS for doctors are being assured and institutionalized by the federal government. All other major and longstanding demands of the three main health sector union blocs are being addressed through Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, statutorily convened by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation. This process, involving union leadership and relevant government officials, is well underway, and we remain committed to concluding it to the satisfaction of health workers and the citizens they serve. Despite minor industrial distractions by a very small minority, with over 90% of demands already met, Nigerians continue to express confidence in the health workforce, and the data confirms this. In the second quarter of 2024, Nigeria recorded an average of 10 million hospital visits across all levels of care. By the second quarter of 2025, this rose to nearly 40 million visits in a single quarter, representing almost a fourfold increase. The Central Bank of Nigeria has reported a 52% reduction in foreign exchange accessed for external medical tourism since President Tinubu assumed office in 2023. At the same time, facilities nationwide are witnessing increased patronage by foreigners choosing to receive care in Nigeria. Medical tourism is steadily being reversed, while citizen perception surveys from 2023 to 2025 show rising confidence in the health system. Overall system confidence stands at 55%, confidence in the government’s ability to manage health emergencies at 67%, and patient satisfaction at 74%. As we continue building systems that serve all Nigerians regardless of status or income, we are healing a once-fractured ecosystem and restoring public trust.
