Look, i am a big believer in "You Like What You Like" and there truly is someone for everyone, but stop telling me about having the best bodies when we can see way more women like these than the nice shaped ones in the drawings! also, why do black women take way more photos from behind them than in front of them? We are getting the gut reaction that tells us that these (trans identified) men are crossing our boundaries. Like Little Red Riding Hood, we see the problem clearly. Tim Walz just said that republicans need to mind their own damn business when it comes medical decisions and went as far to say: “In Minnesota we respect our neighbors and their personal choices that they make.” This is exactly why I left the Republican Party and why so many left the Democratic Party. The hypocrisy on both sides of the aisle is blinding. When I say my body my choice, I mean it across the board. Democrats say they are for freedom, but want to force vaccinations and government lockdowns. Republicans say they are for freedom but want to tell women what to do with their bodies. I’m done with the hypocrisy and the petty politics. This told me everything I needed to know about Walz. You can’t say you respect your neighbors to make their own choices but force people to wear masks, shut down schools, and close down small businesses. He is a hypocrite and this entire two party system has failed us. It’s time for more options.

A Big problem with many young kickers on kickoffs. A wide angle takes away from linear power and directional control. The tendency coming from the soccer field to kicking a football is to swing across your body. I see too many kickers really wide in their approach and yet they still kick the ball back to the left with the right foot. Notice how NFL kickers when they’re kicking the ball to the right are still not even as wide as some young kids are that are just blindly kicking the ball down the field, and more than likely expecting to pull it to the left. Then when they land on their follow through, they continue to trip over themselves for several steps because their swing is counterproductive to their bodies momentum

I was shocked to learn that in some studies, up to 27% of people on birth control report a decrease in their libido or sex drive. And yet, how many people are ACTUALLY talking about this? That’s why today I’m sitting down with Dr Rachel Rubin. Rachel is a board-certified urologist and sexual medicine specialist and one of ONLY 80 doctors in the US trained to treat both male and female sexual health. Before we started recording, Rachel said “I’m filled with rage”… She explained that people are being denied basic information about their bodies, hormones, sexual health and the treatments that could improve their quality of life… I said to Rachel in this conversation that it’s staggering that so many women are still being let down by the medical system. It makes you think - if men were in this exact situation, would this be the case? We discussed things like: - Why so many women are told their symptoms are normal when they are actually treatable. - Why Testosterone is not just a male hormone. - How hormones can affect UTIs, libido, pain during sex and overall quality of life. - If doctors are properly trained in women’s sexual health. - Why men need to understand the main topic of this episode too. What became clear to me is that this isn’t just a conversation about sex. It’s about health, relationships, confidence, ageing, pain, shame and the way people feel in their own bodies. At the end of the conversation I told Rachel that there are very few people who have her credibility and experience, with her ability to explain these subjects in a way people can actually understand. For anyone who wants to better understand their own body, or better understand someone they love - I really recommend watching this conversation.
