🤔Reminder: this is the same Harvey Levin whose team cheered when Charlie Kirk had been assassinated. This is a blatant abuse of the First Amendment. Free speech restrains the government. It does not give you permission to trespass, disrupt private property, or hijack a church service. Churches have rights too. The right to worship. The right to assemble. The right to be left alone. Your rights end where other people’s rights begin.. Calling illegal behavior “journalism” or “protest” doesn’t magically make it legal.

Then there’s due process… Asylum seekers are in a legal process. They are not “illegal” for being here. The government itself allowed them in while their cases are pending. And when the people in the car pushed back… when they actually knew the law… The agent left. Because he never had the legal authority to begin with. You know, there is a — Charlie Kirk was beloved by many. And to just trample over it. He’s not even buried yet for goodness sake. And to make fun of the flags at half staff and so forth. I just half staff and so forth. I just think that we’ve got to look at it with a — with a notion that the country has to be healed, that we have to work to bring people together, that we need to respect each other. You know, we don’t have to agree, but we have to respect. And I think that, you know, the audience has deserted him for a good reason.”

In 2023, the UK arrested over 12,000 people for speech violations—compared to just 3,319 in Russia, often portrayed as the world's worst regime. Tucker: “If your government is willing to arrest you for saying things they don’t like, if your government is arresting you for criticising them… one way or another, you need a new government. “If there is any justification for revolution, it’s that. Journalists don’t have a First Amendment right to violate federal law. Storming a church during worship and terrorizing parishioners is a crime. This was a textbook FACE Act and Klan Act violation from Don Lemon. Children were terrified, and a woman was injured. These same laws were used against elderly Christians praying at abortion clinics. If the law applies there, it applies here. Don Lemon didn’t apologize or leave. He doubled down. A federal grand jury already found probable cause.
