Last night, the Russian army “defeated” yet another hospital – in Kyiv, with a functioning inpatient unit. Patients had to be evacuated. There are casualties. Sadly, one person has been killed. My condolences to the family and loved ones. Everyone who needs assistance is receiving help. Of course, Ukrainians will restore this hospital. That is the kind of people we are – Ukrainians always rebuild what has been destroyed. Likewise, repair crews, energy specialists, and all essential services are working in the regions where the Russians have caused new damage and new power outages. Overnight, 165 attack drones were launched, around 100 of them “shaheds.” And it is crucial that our partners never forget: air defense is needed every day; funding for the production of interceptor drones is needed every day; equipment for the energy sector is needed every day. This week, we will be working with our European and American partners to ensure that Ukraine has the assistance it needs. I am grateful to everyone who supports our state and our people.

Not even a full month since every 🇺🇦 stan on this platform was full of joy that Russia will never be able to launch men into space again, 18 trucks deliver elements and equipment necessary for the restoration of the service cabin that was damaged following the launch of Soyuz rocket at Baikonur, Kazakhstan. 130 employees of Roscosmos enterprises are involved in the repair work at the 31st launch pad, said Dmitry Baranov, the corporation's deputy general director. I thank all our people, all repair crews working around the clock to restore the energy sector after Russian strikes. In every city, in every community, you are restoring light, heating, and water supplies in harsh weather conditions. This is extremely hard work, but it is precisely this kind of effort that strengthens our country’s internal resilience and supports our positions in diplomacy. The situation in the energy system remains difficult, but we are doing everything we can to restore all services as quickly as possible. And last night, over 200 strike drones were launched against us. The Sumy, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Khmelnytskyi, and Odesa regions came under attack. Dozens of people have been injured, including a child. As of now, two people have been reported killed. My condolences to their families and loved ones. This week alone has seen more than 1,300 attack drones, around 1,050 guided aerial bombs and 29 missiles of various types in total. That is why Ukraine still needs more protection – above all, more missiles for air defense systems. If Russia is deliberately dragging out the diplomatic process, the world’s response must be decisive: more assistance for Ukraine and more pressure on the aggressor. I thank all our partners who stand with us now, who are ready to help protect lives and strengthen Ukraine, and to work together to restore security.

Today, I held a Staff meeting, focusing primarily on energy security and the protection of our energy system. The Russians have not changed their objective of destroying Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, relentlessly attacking and adjusting their strikes to our defense capabilities, making it more difficult to repel them. Today’s reports covered defense systems, the protection of energy facilities, and the recovery efforts after attacks. We also discussed air defense capabilities and the need for interceptor missiles. New tasks have been assigned to our diplomats and the Ministry of Defense for working with partners. The supply of air defense systems for Ukraine is critical and must not stop. It is essential to constantly seek ways worldwide to strengthen our defense, increase domestic production of necessary equipment, localize manufacturing, and secure licensing agreements with partners. This is crucial work, with much of Ukraine’s future depending on it.

Chinese EVs are hard to repair and 3rd party repair shops are generally restricted by OEMs to work on BMS, battery packs and electronic components or they may face lawsuits. If possible, OEMs try to keep all repairs done in house, usually charging exorbitant amount of money. For parts mechanics are allowed to work on, the process could be very frustrating. This mechanic is furious with OEM keeping sending him wrong part even though they have the vehicle’s VIN number. Tesla CN doesn’t have restrictive repair policy. This mechanic says Teslas are easy to repair. Tesla is the only EV he recommends to buy.

This morning, a technical incident occurred on the energy grid: two lines between Romania and Moldova, as well as lines on Ukrainian territory, stopped operating. The causes are being thoroughly investigated. As of now, there is no confirmation of external interference or a cyberattack. Most indications point to weather: ice buildup on the lines and automatic shutdowns. Over the course of the day, we largely restored the pre-incident situation, and stabilization and restoration of services for the population are now ongoing. I thank all our repair crews who are working on preserving Ukraine’s energy sector under these extremely difficult conditions.

Two months of winter are already behind us, and the "middle finger" of the Ukrainian people is still held high in putin's face. Because Ukrainians refuse to submit, even in such brutal conditions. Ukraine survives thanks to something that should be spoken and written about as often as possible: an incredibly effective system of repairs and improvisation. Damaged transformers are replaced, power lines are reconnected, generators are moved, and mini-grids are built. But the resources of this system are not infinite. All of this is created and restored every single day by the hands of Ukrainians. Those who remain in Kyiv and other cities, boiling water on gas stoves, running generators, using firewood, or lighting candles - we are all part of the resistance. Every household that manages to stay warm, every hospital that keeps running, every business, and every "Point of Invincibility" with electricity is a strategic defeat for the Kremlin. Damaged transformers are replaced, power lines are reconnected, generators are moved, and mini-grids are built. But the resources of this system are not infinite. All of this is created and restored every single day by the hands of Ukrainians. Those who remain in Kyiv and other cities, boiling water on gas stoves, running generators, using firewood, or lighting candles - we are all part of the resistance. Every household that manages to stay warm, every hospital that keeps running, every business, and every "Point of Invincibility" with electricity is a strategic defeat for the Kremlin. It has been this way, and it will stay this way!
