Karnatka's Hate Speech Bill: Congress government in Karnataka has tabled a bill that claims to curb hate speech, but it attempts to risk free speech! The wording of the bill is vague and open to interpretation, which means even ordinary statements could be judged as ill will and lead to serious criminal action. India already has laws to deal with hate speech, and even the Supreme Court has said that the real problem is weak enforcement, not the absence of law. When the line between free speech and crime becomes unclear, people begin to self censor out of fear rather than responsibility!

Free speech is a core value of our civilization. We need to stop Bill C-9. This bill is designed to limit your speech by labeling you as an Islamophobe or racist without any specific definition. We don’t lack laws in Canada. If the authorities do not enforce the existing laws against jihadists, and if the RCMP and CSIS receive advice from Muslim Brotherhood-linked groups, it does not mean that a new law will stop the hate rallies and the glorification of terrorism in our streets. If Bill C-9 passes, I can say: welcome to the Islamic Republic of Canada.

We said it from the beginning… Australia does not have an antisemitism problem! The mere fact that jews were able to get our laws changed within weeks to benefit them, only proves that: Australia has a jewish supremacy problem.. Every single hate speech law MUST BE REMOVED AND REPEALED IMMEDIATELY.

This is why the BC Ostrich Farm matters. It shows clearly that the government has abandoned reason, logic, and fairness. It shows that what they say goes, no matter what they have to take from you to do it or how many years you spent creating the thing they will eagerly destroy. They don't care about proving themselves. They care about doing it and shutting you up. They'll go so far as to throw you in jail to shut you up and they'll create laws to criminalize all speech they don't like. They'll even create laws to kick you off the internet without any due process and make you sign an NDA so you can't tell anyone what happened. They fear your voice. They'll take over your property and build a ridiculous wall of hay to block the world from seeing and rightly questioning the cruelty of what they're doing. They'll make no fly zones so you can't fly a drone and see. They'll harass veterans who dare to even point out to them that they're breaking the law and then they'll bark back that they are the law and what they say goes. It doesn't matter if it's different than what they said ten minutes ago. If they say it, it's true. So shut up and be quiet. They'll fund radical groups to target people they don't like and they'll use circular reporting from the groups they fund to weakly prop up their atrocious disregard for our rights and freedoms. And they'll look you in the face the whole time and tell you that it's for your own good. It's for all of our good. It's for our good that your life's work is destroyed. It's for our good that your speech is silenced. It's for our good that you're thrown in jail to silence you while repeat criminals walk in and out of the court house without even spending a week in jail. It's certainly for their good. The Liberals & Bloc teamed up to pass it. Despite section 319 of the Criminal Code covering hate speech. Liberal MP, Anthony Housefather states that it will help with antisemitism, when the criminal code has a section titled: “Wilful promotion of antisemitism” This is going to be used to target dissenting voices and is a first step towards becoming the UK. Today the Federal Government in conjunction with the Coalition and with no resistance from One Nation passed a bill against Hate Speech. They gagged debate again and rammed the laws through with no scrutiny where we could ask questions. This is a direct attack on Free Speech. For the third parliamentary week in a row the major parties have devoted Parliament to controlling you, not serving you, by shutting you down. The Misinformation Law, the Online Safety Bill and now Hate Speech are all designed to censor people and push back on government overreach. The hate speech law is dangerous because it threatens freedom of speech by allowing the government to censor or punish individuals for expressing opinions that might be deemed offensive. Such laws are often vague and subjective, leading to potential abuse and selective enforcement. This creates a chilling effect where people fear speaking openly, stifling debate and free expression. Instead of combating hate, these laws can be weaponized to silence dissent and suppress unpopular viewpoints, ultimately undermining democratic values and individual liberties. People First stood in defence of open discourse, free speech, and the democratic principles that underpin our society. Upholding these values will foster trust and preserve the liberties that Australians hold dear. I am disappointed that One Nation did not stand with me on this issue. These laws extend to all people including children. When a motion was moved to exclude children under 14 from these laws, Malcolm Roberts voted against it. Children should not be penalised for the actions or thoughts of their parents. I challenge Malcolm and Pauline to debate me on the reasons why they support this law. It is government overreach plain and simple. There are already state laws against violence and inciting violence. Under the constitution, the States are responsible for policing crime not the Federal Government. There is no need for these laws. They will only be used to censor you. #auspol

This terrible bill will be strongly opposed by One Nation Australia! Labor has never understood freedom of speech or how it works, and people always fear what they don’t understand. That’s why Labor wants to shut down freedom of speech. That’s why Labor wants to give itself the power to decide what is misinformation and disinformation, and use this power to silence honest debate and honest criticism. Labor is appalled at the very notion that Australians still have the right to say things that Labor doesn’t agree with. Labor doesn’t trust the Australian people to sort out truth from fiction for themselves. With this bill, Labor shows its contempt for the intelligence of the Australian people. Labor will use this power to silence dissent. If you speak the truth that gender ideology is contrived nonsense, or that climate change is a scam, or that COVID-19 vaccines are harmful – Labor will have the power to silence you. This bill is all the evidence this country needs to have a good, hard look at enshrining the right to free speech in the Constitution. One Nation tried to move an inquiry to kick start this process. Labor opposed it along with those other staunch opponents of free speech in Australia, the Greens. When are Australians going to wake up and understand these parties for what they are? I don’t support any so called “compromise position” in relation to the Hate Crimes Bill being introduced into Parliament today and will be crossing the floor to vote against it and the Firearms Bill it in their entirety. The Labor Government’s process has been appalling but the content of their Bills is even worse. We can’t be “half pregnant” when it comes to the topic of free speech. DISTURBING: Canada is now on the verge of classifying some Bible passages as “hate speech.” A new law just passed, and if sharing your faith offends the wrong person, you could face up to 2 years in prison. Canadian politicians voted to strip away a good-faith religious text protection that existed in law. This means that anything said by a Christian—whether in a church service, while reading the Bible, sharing their faith on YouTube, or even in a private conversation—could be scrutinized, investigated, and potentially punished if some cog in the machine decides it is hateful. They haven’t defined which Bible passages could be targeted. DISTURBING: Canada is now on the verge of classifying some Bible passages as “hate speech.” A new law just passed, and if sharing your faith offends the wrong person, you could face up to 2 years in prison. Canadian politicians voted to strip away a good-faith religious text protection that existed in law.
