I can tell you don’t eat rice because that stuff was close to being the texture of mashed potatoes.

I stoped eating rice because my gut was rejecting it. I had insane brain fog and increased anxiety every time I ate rice. Listen to your body when you eat certain foods.

Are Asians having problems with arsenic ? They eat rice all day every day and I haven’t heard of them having problems with this.

An even better way? Don't cook, or eat! No need for rice. Period.

For a guy who won’t have a conversation about vitamin A , bile, and soluble fiber with @NutriDetect it was quick to cover rice washing days after Garrett went over this study. But still glad you’re pointing it out! All hail Low-Tox

Your entire platform is predicated on studies. The problem with studies - 50% aren’t reproducible - who funded them? - experts are compromised (see covid) - confirmation bias - find polar opposite studies Etc. I have followed your protocols because you are obviously extremely healthy and certainly trust you but this has to be said

Okay, I eat brown rice every morning. I have for about ten years. What's the deal with brown vrs white? Pasture eggs, homemade sausage, 1/2 avocado, mineral salt, fresh ground pepper, and turmeric.

Folks already eating 🥩, you gain not much benefit eating rice. It's only extra nutrient over 🥩 is carbs and fiber, both of which aren't essential if you are eating 🥩. Fiber is for offsetting carbs. Limit carb intake to 25 gr a day which is about 2/3 cup rice or a fruit.
