Your AI sucks. And it's not the model. It's you. "Make it better" isn't a prompt, it's a guessing game. I changed one step in my process and the output quality completely flipped. Same ideas, same models, totally different results.

I’ve been testing MiniMax H3 on Magnific, and this one feels built for serious AI video work. It can combine text, images, video, and audio in the same prompt, then generate up to 15s video in 2K with native synced sound. Not a silent video with audio added later. Voice, music, effects, motion, and visuals are created together.

So Seedance 2.0 Omni’s biggest breakthrough might be lip sync and dialogue. It lets you upload audio and sync it to characters, even multiple characters within the same scene. So we ran tests against the leading lip sync tool, HeyGen, and the results were surprising. Seedance Omni held up well, especially in wide cinematic shots and multi-character scenes. The results can still feel a bit unnatural at times, though they improve with iteration. HeyGen continues to perform better for upfront avatar-style lip sync. Still, the fact that we now have a lip sync tool within a video model that can directly compete with HeyGen is real progress.

I’m completely serious when I say that Hollywood won’t survive this. LTX LTX-2 can already generate 20-second, 4K AI-produced clips - complete with sound and voice. The 20-sec feature can be generated in a single prompt - one continuous generation, no cuts needed. This is the future: film creation is being democratized, and soon everyone will be able to generate their own movies. I mean, look at this, this could be straight out of a Netflix series!
