At level 5 delegation, your core focus is creating a culture where your team does their life's work. And that starts with empowering people, and solving complicated problems.

When Hausa Muslims always tell Christians and other tribes to glorify their religion more than their tradition/culture, they say NO, Muslims are religious extremists. Now imagine having a tradition/culture that allows and celebrates “rap*ng women.” And y’all are so okay with it that you even named it a “rap*ng festival.” Rap*ng festival or early marriage, which one is now better? The most annoying part is how some men are justifying such a barbaric act.

This is what a culture that remembers itself looks like. Polish teens opening their prom with the Polonaise, an 18th-century national dance learned with discipline and pride. Elegance, timing, and respect for tradition.

Culture was possibly the key breakthrough in human history. Once we could share ideas, learning became much more efficient, and complex technologies became possible. LLMs haven't yet built their own culture or organisations. But it seems plausible they will. On the podcast last year, Andrej Karpathy speculated about what it will take for LLMs to build their own culture, and why they're not there yet.

“Nigeria Is Trying So Hard To Remove And Erase Igbo Culture From Their History. It Feels Like They Want To Make Sure Igbos Don’t Exist. Tell Me, Why Is There a History Book Meant For Schools Teaching Young Nigerians About Their Country Without Mentioning Igbo Culture? These Yoruba Writers Intentionally Left Out One Of The Biggest Tribes In Nigeria The Igbos. Does This Mean The Igbos Are No Longer Considered Part Of Nigeria?” ~ Lady Reacts

Never forget when the Leftists tried to defend 6 year old boys molesting and call it 'culture'. “There’s a tribe in Papua New Guinea that molests young boys as a rite of manhood.” “The boys have to live with a man they call the ‘anal father.’” “In order for them to grow strong, they have to consume semen both orally and anally.” “They get mouth-fucked and fucked by this guy… then continue it when they grow up as part of their warrior culture.” “Leftists look at this and say ‘where’s the harm?’ It’s culture.” “Christian missionaries stopped a lot of it.” “If you saw this happening… wouldn’t you put them to the sword?”

“Stop marrying Igbo women, marry women from other tribes, because the way some Igbo women have been speaking against men and dragging men online shows that something has gone wrong with the way they were raised, men need to stop believing that the best woman to marry must come from their own tribe and start looking beyond their culture when choosing a partner” — Man says

If America 🇺🇸 has to have allies, we should be allied with Russia 🇷🇺. They protect their culture, Christians ✝️, conservative family values, & they protect their citizens from migrant terror. We should stand with a nation that respects the values Americans 🇺🇸 hold dear.

Exceptional from Keir Starmer on the importance of the arts 👏 "Tory culture wars always end up as a war on culture" "The creative arts shouldn't tell kids to know their place, they should have them find their place in the world" "Art and culture are about bringing us together. Finding what we have in common. Searching for the truth and meaning" "These culture wars are about dividing us, distracting us, and disrespecting people" "With Labour, the war on culture will end. We will build a new Britain out of the ashes of the failed Tory project"

There are 1000 battles. 🌲 The forest fights back. Fantasy battle video. When the orcs came with axes and fury, the ancient Treeman awoke… and she rode into battle on his shoulders. From high above, she rained arrows with deadly grace while the Treeman crushed their lines beneath his mighty roots. This is what happens when nature decides it’s had enough and seems to have infinite magically appearing arrows 😂 The magical +2 bow of endless arrows (ahem). 🌳🏹

Chef Ievgen Klopotenko has worked to ensure that the Ukrainian dish borsch is recognized globally as a vital part of Ukraine’s culture and identity. I’m impressed by Ievgen and Ukrainians like him who are fighting to preserve their rich traditions and protect their country.

Woke culture has allowed the left to rewrite history in their mold. We can no longer deny that we are fighting a spiritual & existential battle in the West. We are experiencing mass migration with a mass production of babies, while our fertility rates are at their lowest.

Afghans are bunch of uncivilized stone age jungli animals who don’t know how to behave. They are everywhere in ISB with their jahil tribal backward culture and mentality. The moment they see a woman, they go crazy like animals. They bring their backward mentality everywhere
