WHY DON’T MORE PLAYERS WORK ON THIS? Offensive experts say that good spacing is the oxygen of any efficient and productive offense. Yet, I don’t see players working on spacing and reshaping the floor. You would think that any 1v0, 1v1, 2v2, etc drills can easily work in perimeter movements, cuts, and relocation to help lock these concepts in to the players head. Of course, players need the individual technical skill to put the ball in the basket, make plays, etc…. But it’s no surprise that the ones that have that technical skill and then really understand how to play in a team setting are the ones that figure out how to overachieve.

"F1 has become very popular. what do you think about this change?" lando: "formula one in 2019 was just a very closed sport. you really didn't see much about the people, the drivers, the mechanics, the engineers. you really just saw the show on tv. you saw the racing, and really that was about it. now formula one is a lot more open. there's a lot more fans in the races and paddock. everything i do now, people see. it's on tv, netflix, different series, youtube, it's on every piece of social media, which allows it to grow in a much better way. and i think you see some more fans now that love the people, they love the drivers. they can understand more and relate more to the personalities of each driver in formula one. because it was a very male dominated sport. now most of my fans actually are female and that's an amazing thing that we're able to attract and bring in a younger generation, because they are the future of formula one, and also more variation. so it's a pleasure to be part of that journey"

Enjoyed this drill this morning 🏌️‍♂️ Tee it very high - try to hit it low The goal with this for me is to promote a slightly more upward angle of attack, while reducing loft at impact. This reduces Spin Loft, which plays an important role in smash factor, and distance. Spin Loft in simple terms is dynamic loft minus angle of attack. I tend to hit slightly down on my driver, and sometimes leave the face slightly open. This can mean a flight that is a bit high and weak, losing a lot of potential distance. Flight and smash factor on this one was really good, and verified that the drill can move my delivery in the right direction.

🐰 i worked a lot with El Guincho. I got to listen to a lot of tracks and i was really wowed by just how fresh and new this was. One of the first thoughts i had was ‘wow, you can approach a song like this?’ and i felt a lot of pressure about how to make the best use of it. so that must be why i wanted to stay close, it was a totally a different vibe, a whole new vibe. i hope to work again and have another session with the producers and songwriters that we worked with
