Trial Run: The Rudrastra successfully completed an experimental journey of 200 kilometers from Ganjkhwaja station to Garhwa Road station in the DDU (Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya) Division of the East Central Railway. Purpose: The successful operation of such a long train is a major milestone for Indian Railways. It is part of an effort to increase freight efficiency, expand carrying capacity, and modernize the country's transport sector. Running multiple rakes together as a single train saves time, resources, and allows for more trains to operate on the network. Record: The "Rudrastra" surpassed the previous record held by "Super Vasuki," which was 3.5 kilometers long.

Video is edited and what's this name 'Rudrastra' can we not name them as per the route/direction, is it necessary to give religious tone to even trains as well? Can't even pronounce the name of this train

Watching the sheer size of this train in action, it's wild to think about the logistics behind it. Credit to the teams making these moves—big projects rarely get this much spotlight.

And the freight trains share the same route as passenger trains.Because of this, the average speed of most passenger trains is around 60 km/h. Why not have a separate track for freight trains so they do not slow down passenger trains, allowing passenger travel to be faster? Why boast about something that isn’t worth boasting about?

Dear Railway minister, Please ensure there are enough escalators, elevators etc...at railway stations. Also our train toilets still stink, so do our stations. I am not undermining your efforts. Maybe it is Railway's or citizen's apathy, but this must change on war footing.
